My order was never delivered
I place an order and I didn't receive it after I have been charged, I was waiting outside for the driver but he didn't come. I only have one missed call from a number that I couldn't call back

Food Poisoning no concern to Popeyes
Cresta Branch - I logged a complaint on the 6th April via the online portal regarding the food my family and I ate from that establishment that gave us food poisoning. I have heard nothing back, absolutely disgusted by this brand and establishment. Order number 274 placed at 15:03 on the 5th April. I have kept the receipt.

Food Poisoning no concern to Popeyes
Cresta Branch - I logged a complaint on the 6th April via the online portal regarding the food my family and I ate from that establishment that gave us food poisoning. I have heard nothing back, absolutely disgusted by this brand and establishment. Order number 274 placed at 15:03 on the 5th April. I have kept the receipt.

FOOD POISONING
I went to the Popeyes close to cresta, the food we had order was old as we discovered when we got home. I only had a few bites and now I have food poisoning for three days now. Very disappointing, will never be going back to any Popeyes again

FOOD POISONING
I went to the Popeyes close to cresta, the food we had order was old as we discovered when we got home. I only had a few bites and now I have food poisoning for three days now. Very disappointing, will never be going back to any Popeyes again

Staff is awful
Wow, thought service delivery in Pretoria would at least be better tha Joburg but I was sorely mistaken. Went to Popeyes Menlyn for a Sunday treat. - Staff were unresponsive when we were speaking to them - laughed at us when we asked if there was a physical menu during loadshedding - spoke about us in a different language to one another and not acknowledging us in the slightest What disgusting employees.

Exceptional service.
The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff was truly exceptional. I received my order on time and received really good service. I would definitely go again when I crave their fantastic chicken strips.

Poor service
Popeyes has not had their Cajun fries for 6 months. How is it that you can be out of stock for this long? Don't you have a process to order before you run out. Service at the Rivonia branch is lousy. The staff scream and shout, it feels like you in a shebeen and about to be assaulted.
