I am disappointed and frustrated with the handling of my query regarding my phone insurance cancellation. Despite receiving an SMS confirming the cancellation, I have been debited for two consecutive months. I have attempted to contact your team multiple times via email and phone calls, but my efforts have been met with complete silence. No one has responded or returned my calls, leaving me with no resolution or explanation.
The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff was truly exceptional. I received my order on time and received really good service. I would definitely go again when I crave their fantastic chicken strips.
I am beyond appalled. I tried to call Nando's Parkview to place an order only to be hung up on three times. I then proceeded to try to order online only to have their system fail to process my order. As a last resort, I went to the restaurant to order and collect my food. I waited for more than 45 minutes for my meal. The lack of communication as to what the delay was, is what frustrated me the most. Nando's? Never again.
