I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service I received at your Pizza Hut branch on 23 September 2025. I arrived at the store at 14:45 specifically to purchase the Tuesday Special for my team. The cashier was very helpful and began placing my order. However, the manager on duty, Ms. Tracy Ntambane, intervened and informed him that he could not proceed with my order because, according to her, no Tuesday Special orders should be taken from 14:45 onward, even though the promotion clearly states that it ends at 15:00. When I questioned this, Ms. Ntambane was rude, dismissive, and displayed an unprofessional attitude. She repeatedly emphasized that she was the manager and refused to authorize my order, although I was well within the promotion time as advertised on the App. The cashier appeared confused, which shows that even the staff were unclear about this unfair restriction. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. As a customer, I expect respectful service and for promotions to be honored as advertised. I kindly request that you: Address this matter with Ms. Ntambane and ensure such behavior is not repeated. Clarify your promotion policy so that both staff and customers are aligned. Never seen such bed service in my life, i spent about R1000. The food was late for a takeaway and not packed properly. My points were not credited after giving the lady my details and complaint.
Akani doesn't want to pay out my mothers pension, it's been two years now since she passed away. We were asked to fill out some pay out documents and send them back for pay out. When we call to follow up, we are being told different stories. No one knows what we are talking about but we have proof of emails. Akani is a true **** that doesn't want to see black people get what belongs to them. My mother worked for the government for more that 30 year and never enjoyed her person. I have never experienced such bad service and very ****** people that are trained to ***** other black people. I pray that God deals with them individually accordingly, for all the pain and suffering that they caused.
I place an order and I didn't receive it after I have been charged, I was waiting outside for the driver but he didn't come. I only have one missed call from a number that I couldn't call back
My brother was retrenched in March 2023 and went to the store in vosloorus(Chris Hani mall) and submitted all the documents but the company in question failed to follow up with him or communicate with him as to what is the way forward, now all of a sudden he receives a call from this lady who works for LEWIS asking him about his installment which he has never failed to pay until now, but also what's surprising is that they claim ukuthi they haven't received such documents and he must go back to the very same LEWIS store that initially failed him....... Its bee more that two weeks since I summited my claim, I have not heard anything from the insurance. I called the insurance and the lady that I spoke to disconnected the line as i was still talking to her. I have never experienced such bad services, Yet you tell people that you give the would class services. How long does it take for you to get back to a client after a new claim has been submitted? Why allow customer to claim using the online services if you know that you wont respond? I'm deeply disappointed that I trusted the company, hoping for the world class services that you always talk about.
Poor service all the way... Akani Retirement Fund Administrators is a scam 😒 Clients are promised lies only, Akani is taking advantage of people. When it's time to claim they can not deliver as promised.. Never seen such bad service, a company that steals from people 🙄 I will not rest till you the right thing and stand by you words and promises..
I bought bread and wow it smells horrible and tastes soo bad, I'm very disappointed at Sasko bread. Honestly that bread smells poisonous and not safe for anyone to eat. Something honestly needs to be done,Sasko bread should not be sold to anyone 😒
