I bought Streetwise 2 pap via the MR Delivery app and I wrote the type of meat I want but I got a wing and side Breast which I didn't ask for and I asked for thigh and drumstick. If that was not enough the meat was dry and could even eat it I have to give it to my dog. Their food was totally horrible. The kin was hard and dry the meat inside you'd swear its old meat that was rewarmed. If i could share a picture I would so you can see what I'm talking about. What a disastrous order...🤮🤮🤮🤮

On the 18/06/2025 I went and I bought a gas heater and a 9kg cylinder which was empty due to the fact that they had no gas refill. I was told they would call me the next day which they did call me on the 19/06/2025 I went to refill which the heaviness of the cylinder was questionable cause it wasn't heavy at all. I started using the heater on the 21/06/2025 which I would switch on two bars for less than an hour's just to make the house warm then switch it off to my surprise I've never used the heater for mother 2/3 hors on these two days from the 21/06/2025 to the 22/06/2025 on the 23/06/2025 to my surprise the gas was finished. I called them they said I must come. I went there only for the guy who was helping me just tell me that there's nothing they can do because I'm not the only customer who has complained about the gas and they can't help me. I even did my research from people are always having their heater on and to my surprise they were also shocked that this Heather didn't even last 2 days and I don't even switch it on full bars.
I upgraded my account and have been waiting for my panic button to be delivered for over 4 months now, and nothing is happening. Every time I call, I'm given case numbers as if I'm at a police station with no callback or assistance. Even now, they gave me a case number, I called them, and there was no answer. When I asked for Manyowa at repairs, the line just rang unanswered. They always want to transfer me to lines that are not attended, and no one will help or assist me. I'm extremely annoyed because I use my airtime to call and my data to send emails that don't have any correspondence whatsoever. It's ridiculously frustrating.
This is the worst company that deals with rentals and accommodation, I'm a tenant here and I'm not happy, there's never electricity for days and they always say they working on it, not sure if they not paying the municipality yet we pay rent and others pay bond monthly, the rent increases at anytime yet their services in pure nonsense. There's no communication at all, even when something is broken they take forever to fix, it's the worst
I'm very disappointed at the lack of service delivered at Hillbrow Clinic in Johannesburg, Hillbrow when one comes with a sick child and they don't even take the time to actually check the child and just by looking they say bring the child back after 7 days when the child has been sick for more than 5 days and everytime we've went there they turned us back. Where do we go to when the fro T line workers employed to care for the lives of fellow South African are lazy and not valuing the lives of others. This is ridiculous, you have to know someone to be assisted, you need to be someone to be assisted, this is nonsense. Can the department please entervene and if they don't want to work can people who know why they are nurses or doctors be hired because this is what they want to do, helping others. Being in this profession is a calling, then if you're doing this just for the salary that's when the problem starts because you not going to give your 100% because you really don't care about others wena you just report because you're waiting for pay day. People are dying because of negligence and such behaivour persists then we have a huge crisis in our hands as a country because of people working in the wrong departments.

I'm deeply saddened by the minimum respond I'm getting regarding my complain about you guys. I don't have an account with you guys but some how you've managed to constantly debit my account,the worse part is that it's a stop order.I've actually tried to liaise with y'all and I have the emails to prove it. I've been complaining since from February 2020 about a death benefit for R350 that you guys debit me for and yet you guys have none of my details on your system. I'm wondering now that what should one do because the amount of money taken is a lot and in all honesty you're not doing anything about this matter. I'm tired of getting calls from different consultant and I have to explain one over and over again. It's tiring. So I've taken it upon myself to take this further because it's the same complain and the debit order is still happening and no one has ever helped me. You guys are just dragging your feet because you're not affected by such, From February 2020-December 2020 this is the amount of money that you've taken R4200. So realistically you think I don't need this money? So now you need to come to the party and resolve this issue because I'm really "TIRED"
