I have not had a tenant in my unit for the past year and was still charged electricity and water to date. Over the past 5 years my unit was empty for months. Yet I was charged electricity and water. Now they refuse to credit me and served me with papers to auction my unit. The gables complex is a complete mess. I sent them pics which they ignored. Worst agents. Bunch of ******
They are the worst people to deal with, I have a unit at horizon view, there is a drainage issue at the club pool. Ongoing 2 months, disgusting and appalling. A health hazard to kids. Complex is stinking, I called and emailed several times. They refuse to take calls , Rina the lady I was referred to rather asks me if it's sorted, as though it would fix itself I now lost a tenant due to the health issue since the outlet pipe from the pool is at my unit. I called my own plumber he insists it's the club pool blockage
I wanted to open a telkom mobile contract online, cancelled it 2hrs later, consultant stated the phone was already on route and to merely turn the courier away without signing, did exactly that, guess what, the debit order went off.ð I called to have this debit order refunded and no luck a year later, i gave up on that, sending emails and hours sepent on calls This came to haunt me, i now had a data contract i wanted to cancel immediately and guess what, they cant cancel cause theres a block on my account cause of a cellphone contract I cancelled on a phone I NEVER received. Debit order of R437 going off my account monthly Which i cannot reverse cause its a so called debi check Dont bother even going to the telkom store im sandton city, service is pathetic, consultant says billing dept will contact me?? Yes, they took my money, monthly, and still getting away with it. Dont EVER give them your bank details online, biggest mistake you will EVER make. Telkom quick to open accounts, try cancelling and hear the excuses.
Worse service ever at mcdonalds mall of africa. They were suppose to opem at 7 on black Friday, they opened late, came back at 8 and one cashier. 8 ppl in the line waiting I left

I logged on to telkom mobile online for a new contract, consultant called me back within 3hrs, I gave my personal details. Very same I called them back to cancel. Consultant stated contract cancelled. Later that evening my account is debited with R399. I called back. This time he states refund will be done within 7 days. I called back after 7 days and I'm told there's no trace of me ever having called them for a contract. Im pushed from 10213, 10214 and telkom mobile. I am told to provide a cell number which I never received. Two months later no refund no trace of my records. This is the worst most pathetic service from telkom.
