Pathetic provider
*******, ******* AND ******* Their fibre is the most ******* you can find anywhere, their customer service is the pit. Their customer service is pathetic, you call and they say they will get back to you but they never their agents even give you their names but refuses to give their surname. They connect their fibre on Vuma lines and then when vuma has problems you get affected then when you call them they tell they have logged ticket with vuma and there is nothing more they can do for you so you must just wait until vuma sort you out, had to wait 2 weeks for my connection to be sorted and cant even cancel because im on their 24months contract so if I cancel they want 14K so I am stuck with them and their non existence pathetic services.

I would to take this moment to applaud and appreciate a beautiful service rendered to me by Moe seedat at webuycars.co.za in Germiston branch the guy went all out to ensure that I was getting the best service , he went as far as finding all the issues with the car before I even went to view it so I knew what I was expecting and answered all my questions without getting irritated or annoyed. Thank you Moe for your integrity an honesty, u did offer me excellent customer service experience 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Bad service
If I could I would give them zero, what a rubbish n unnecessary service this is. Worst nightmare I would never recommend anyone to use it
