At 22h25, Oct 27th 2023 I bought a R50 Ott voucher ON MY KAZANG ANDROID APP, mind you that im the only one with access to *appearently*, trying to redeem the voucher seconds after purchase, on TICTAC bets(VENGIES GAMING) it showed an error that the voucher was already used. I tried it a few times knowing that i just bought it and shouldve been the only one with access to it, it kept showing already used. I then bought another R30, since that was the only credit left on my app. That one worked 1st time like it always did for the past 4 or so years ive used Kazang mobile app. Upon submitting a quiry Kazang claimed I used the voucher almost 30min after purchase at "Intellegent Gaming" which I still dont know until now. Their support staff on the call was ******** and didnt want to listen to my recall of events and inturn I lost the R50. R50 isnt alot, but I purchase vouchers of R1000 and R500 regularly on their app. If theyre so reluctant to investigate how my voucher number got duplicated on R50 I feel using the app now is a risky situation. So be careful ladies and gents. And Im sure im not the 1st nor the last person this will happen to!!!!
I made a deposit using owzow method but after 9 hours and multiple calls to their 24hour landline and alot of airtime waisted i still dont get hold of support and my funds is still not reflecting!!! This is ****!! 😡😡😡
I deposited R2500 from my fnb account into my momo account using OZOW payment method that should have been immediate payment. That was on 26th April 2022, today is May 1st. Still my account isn't credited, and consultants are USELESS!! i want my money MTN MOMO!!!! 😡😡🤬🤬
I wagered a bet on the game gold rush/split the pit event on the 18th, the game just disappeared. In the back office of my profile it shows the bet is open and I didn't loose the bet. The evidence is on the back office but Supabets insist that their "booking" department reports that I list the bet. I want my money!! And I want it now!!
The customer care is useless. Ive been trying to get a double debit order disputed since December 15th already. The debitor Clientèle sais the bank has the authority over it and the customer care agents cannot assist. While I'm more than 200km from an ATM ridiculous!!
