Fast delivery
Came earlier than expected. Very happy with the laptop. Only issue was the British plug needed to be changed.. Would highly recommend.

Samsung has the Worst support
Last week I was sent to a repair centre to fix my 9 month old Fold5 inner screen that broke.checking on the Internet this is a regular occurring break. I drove to the repair center to find out the company had closed along time ago. I then booked a repair online and took my QR code to another repair center which had also closed down a long time ago. After complaining to Samsung they refered me to TM Electronics. When I got there they informed me they don't repair screens there and cannot help me. A R43k phone breaking after 9months. No support for the product. Support team have no idea what they are doing. Keep away from Samsung

Samsung fold 5 terrible quality
My screen in the fold 5 failed.l after 9months. The Internet shows this as a common failure for these phones. I reported this and samsung sent me to a company that does not exist. I cannot get hold of samsung again. They seem to be waiting for the 12 months to expire

Samsung terrible quality
Fold 5 large screen peels off after 1 year. Clearly a manufacturer defect as the entire internet is complaining of the same thing. Never buy a Samsung fold.... Hauwie and pixel are better quality.

Never subscribe to Netflix

S22 is a terrible product
S22 has an irritating pop up asking you to install Vodacom games. This is really irritating as you cannot disable it.

Less than Useless
Most useless bank. Spent 3 weeks changing ohone numbers but still they send otp to some random number. Really would not bank with a company where their staff put your money at risk.
