I called the hotel on the 11 Jan and made a booking for March. I was quoted a rate by Nosiphiwe. I was awaiting my confirmation letter so payment can be made. Today I was told that Nosiphiwe is a trainee and they cannot honor that rate. I'm in sales and if my trainee college quoted the incorrect rate as a company we have to honor that rate for our incompetence. This booking was for my wedding anniversary and I was so excited about staying at the estuary hotel unfortunately I'm totally disappointed today. @Christine, you should consider having a supervisor checking all rates before the trainee staff quote guests to ensure other traveller's are not misled and disappointed.
I bought my groceries on pnp ASAP and now the store that delivered my groceries are saying that they are unable to assist me with a return. They sold me spoilt milk and my friend received tinkies with expiry date 24th November and 27th November during the black Friday specials. I was told to phone the ASAP call center then I am put on hold. Pnp should have thought of this ASAP better before rolling it out without better contingency plans.
Today I called the call center @6.15pm and placed my order. The call center agent advised that due to high volume of orders my order will be most 1hr15mins. This was rather long but I agreed to wait. I called the store in Newlands west directly the employee from the store advised that my order is on its way at 7.30. At 8.30 a stranger working at Headwear calls asking for directions to my house as the driver is not sure how to get to my place. What absolute nonsense being a delivery person you need to understand where you are going when you leave with the delivery. 2 hours have now passed. Who would still want their supper after waiting 2 hours. The service at kfc Newlands west is extremely disappointing and ridiculous to say the least.
I purchased 100gig mtn contract on the black friday special for R299. For the past 2 months I'm being billed 75 for 500mb. This is not what I enquired and signed up for. I called rewards co and was told that mtn didn't give them the correct code for this special and they are having lots of problems. Well really this is not the consumers problem. I have been calling and emailing and i think I have been more than patient with this company. I will stop the debit orders because I didn't ask for 500mb contract this is utter nonsense. My query is not taken seriously at mtn and mondo so I want the public to be made aware don't deal with mondo sales go directly to the service provider.
