Outstanding Above Average Professional Service
I have experienced the good fortune and pleasure of doing business with Seeff Richards Bay, specifically Colene Dina. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist, she is friendly, very competent and an absolute pleasure do do business with. Top Carpets and Floors Richards Bay: Outstanding Service
I recently contacted Top Carpets and Floor in Richards Bay and initially spoke with Kelvin enquiring about carpets and flooring. A few days later both Robert and Kelvin came to my home to give advice and measure up. I then visited them in the showroom in Alton to discuss further. On both occasions the response I received was exceptional, way above what I expected. These days it is difficult to find and get good service and advice and I must congratulate both Robert and Kelvin on the exceptionally professional pleasant advice. Well done, keep it up. I am now awaiting my quotation and I guess that based on this experience I am going to be even more satisfied with their service. Commitment to service excellence. Superior!!!

Tiger Wheel & Tyre Richards Bay branch; outstanding service
I was intending to have a tow hitch supplied and installed and contacted Comilla at the Richards Bay Branch and I communicated with her over two days, she was actually working from home as she was sick. I was thoroughly amazed at her attention to detail, her passion, her commitment and just the awesome awesome friendly service. Why can all businesses take a lesson on how to provide service excellence as she demonstrated. I am still amazed at her high level of customer service. Well done Comilla!!
