Bad service
Worst company in the world...they do not have any offices,they have one cellphone number. Payments do not update,than the disconnect your service, you forward them the pop you have to phone in for them to update it,than they reconnect it.. After a week..they disconnect it again..you have to repeat the whole process ..that's how it goes on and on and on. They should just close the company cause surely they can't run it.

Unpaid claims
Terrible company They make you wait for your payout till after the funeral,I had a policy with them for 8 years,they only paid my premiums back to me and not the insured amount,the payout happened 2 months after the funeral, I am not the only one that suffered such injustice, a few of my family members and 2 friends had the same complaints. They claim that they do not have an underwriter, apparently they underwriters themselves. Guys if you can't run a business.,please step back.
