AS TO MY LAST REVIEW ,I HAVE AS YET HAD NO REPLAY TO MY REVIEW REGARDING MY NEDICAL CLAIM SENT NEARLY TWO MONTHS AGO.
I HAVE SENT 2 CLAIMS PER EMAIL A MONTH AGO, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO REPLY TO MY CLAIMS. HOW CAN IT TAKE SO LONG TO ANSWER .WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE STAFF? BM BIRKENSTOCK NO 4586110, ID 4612100101086
I HAD A PROBLEM IN JULY OF THIS YEAR THEY CHARGED ME R185 ,INSTEAD OF R75.WHEN PHONED I WAS TOLD I DID NOT UPGRADE ,I TOLD THEM I DONT WANT TO UPGRADE BUT TO KEEP IT AS IT IS AT R75.THIS MONTH 30/09 I AGAIN GOT A ACCOUNT FOR R99 AND NOT R75.WHEN PHONED TODAY 1/10 I HAD TO PHONE TWICE AS THE OPPERATOR WAS WERY UNHELPFULL AND SWICHED ME OFF.WHAT TIPE OF OPPERATORS DO THEY EMPLOY?????THE OTHER OPPERATOR SAID MY CONTRACT IS NOW R99.NOBODY SEEM TO BE HELPFULL. ARE THEY SO DESPIRATE FOR MONEY ,I WILL NEVER TELL PEOPLE TO TAKE A CELL C CONTRACT.
The problem was not solved.It is no good complaining to them.
ABSA HANDED ME OVER TO Anthony Richards & Associates FOR A CREDED CARD PAYMENT OF R300 FOR A ATM WITHDRAW IN AUGUST 2020.I GET CALLS FROM PEOPLE which dont know what they are doing.AS SOON AS THEY PHONE AND U ANSWER THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN, I HAVE NEVER IN ALL MY LIFE WITHDREW FROM MY MASTERCARD AT A ATM.ABSA FOWARDED ME to MY E/MAIL ADRESS A STATEMENT FOR R300 FROM A ATM .I NEVER RECEIVED CREDEDCARD STATEMENTS IN 2020. FROM THE BANK IT COULD BE DUE TO THE CORONA LOCKDOWN. I TRIED TO CONTACT THIS COMPONY BUT NOWONE CAN GIVE ME THE RIGHT E/MAIL ADDRESS AND WHO TO TALK TO.SO I BELIEVE THE REVIEWS OF OTHERS THAT THIS IS A (Bunch of scamsters engaged to do the dirty work of other scamsters. Ignore any and all communications from these shysters.) I WILL GLADLY PAY THIS IF THE WITHDRAW WAS DONE BY ME.
i still depute the amount R327 that i own..It seems that 1. a amount of R300 WAS WITHDRAWN FROM A ATM ON 18/SEP 2020 .I HAVE EVER USED MY MASTERCARD FOR ATM WITHDRAWAL I GOT MY BANKCARD TO DO THAT AS A MATTER OF FACT I DON'T KNOW WHEN LAST I USED IT. NO ACCOUNTS WERE RECEIVED TO INDICATE THAT I OWN MONEY.I WANT MY NAME CLEARED AS I HAVE NEVER HAD DEPT.I WANT TO KNOW WHICH ATM IT WAS WITHDRAWN AT. BM BIRKENSTOCK
Absa card division they are useless. I have a MasterCard. I have a letter from Absa dating 26 January 2018 ref: BIRKEBM001 stating:(1.) I do not pay account fee ,it is waived indefinitely,(2) the credit facility service fee is waived indefinitely .this was a gesture of goodwill. I have been contacted by a company that absa has used to hand me over for outstanding fees of R327.06 I went to the Absa bank in Ladysmith October 2020. The manageress confirmed that i do not own any fees. I am going to close all my investments and go to a bank that do not have staff that are not trained properly and do not know how to talk over a phone. I will see to it that all my friends follow. I want a public apology from Absa for this deformation as i never owed any one money or outstanding accounts, and the compony that they handed me too.
