Think twice before using this property agency. Their agent Primrose is extremely unprofessional and lazy. We requested documentation from her prior to the finalisation of our property agreement. We had to keep chasing her for responses. We tried to report her to the company, but they were not forthcoming with assisting us.
It took a while for my issue to get resolved, however they responded promptly to my hello Peter review and helped me.
I am appalled at the service I’ve received from Bonitas. I took up my medical aid in January with the start date being February. In FebruaryThey double debited me, unknowingly. When I contact them to find out the reason, I’m told it’s because I took up the medical aid after the 15th of January. I requested for my start date to be changed to March. Made this request on the 11th of March. It’s the 30th today and I still have not received any response. I even went to the walk in centre and I was told someone would get back to me the following day and they never did. I’m unable to attend a very important doctors meeting as a result of this. Definitely cancelling my plan
We had the worst experience with our warranty on a vacuum cleaner. We took it in in June this year and there’s been a delay in the progress since then. Went to collect it today and we were told that they’re not sure if it has been fixed yet. Everything is just a mess cause the warranty will run out soon and we know they’re doing this on purpose
I applied for financing for a car earlier in the week. MFC approved my application, only to later reject it. I have not received any communication as to why this has happened, all I’m getting is hearsay from the dealerships. I was ready to collect my car on Friday, next thing I’m being told that I can’t. I really need answers because consultants don’t even help with anything, and I’m desperate for a car. I had insurance and everything ready to collect the car. How disappointing
