We had a terrible experience at Tammy Taylor Nails Stoneridge Centre. Charity was booked but only assisted until a "regular" entered the building, and was replaced by another technician, not even any word from charity, just silence. Fun fact for the future, don't treat people as if they are worth less than your so-called "regulars". We paid, just like anyone else. Then we get to the actual work, every idea my wife has gets shot down as if your technicians are either *********** or lazy. Not willing to open Qtex bottles, just because they are unopened, why have the stock if you can't use it? You will not be seeing us ever again. Pathetic service.
My account goes off by debit order, internet is off. I make a manual payment, now my internet works. So now I paid twice for a service with non existent managers or staff that can assist and tell me where the F*** my debit order went. The way I am feeling at the moment you guys can take your router and stick it where it should not belong. Pi** poor service is an understatement. If no one gets back to me on this issue, i'm taking my business somewhere else.
I recently received a threat over SMS from whoever works in your collections department about a card I opened with FNB, an Aspire card. The card never worked, and no one ever followed up with me in regards to the card's use. A deposit was made to the card, but still could not be used, so I assumed that would be that, you are wasting my time, and now you would require me to go to a branch and sort it out. (wasting even more of my time) No one over the phone could help, yet you are threatening me for overdraft fees I never signed off on, I never asked for an overdraft option on a savings card , and no one from FNB phoned me to follow up on why the card wasn't used ect. I expect a call from a manager as soon as possible.
