So Jermaine started off sounding very dedicated but that soon changed when we saw that he takes work but actually gets others to do it. This has caused our brand to be tarnished because this man does not pay his dues, he does not complete work AS QUOTED, his attitude is irrational and brash AND he is one of those who promises everything but delivers very little. We have had no choice but to open up a small claims court case for him plus we need to get the public protector to assist a client whom he has badly let down...and this is a high standing official in society...We also are about to open a theft case against him as certain items were TAKEN from me, without our permission, and he simply does not return them...We cannot work with people like Jermaine of Bosman's Construction, any more, for sure. I would love to see his response to my write up as you cannot argue against the absolute truth......and he will already have to prove a lot in the court when the date arrives..... What a disappointment.
So Terence seems to believe that everybody has a good story about him but I sadly do not. He promises the world with his product but sadly delivers an inferior product which is far too thin AND he does not seem to apply 3 coats as his adverts say. as TWO OUT OF TWO roofs of mine are leaking and my tenants are not happy at all. His application is no more than spraying a paint onto a roof, in my expert opinion...It has been the case for about 8 months and I just CANNOT get Terence to come out to inspect OR to fix...if it is not his vehicle that has broken down, it was ****** etc...I have heard it all.. To add insult to injury, as the saying goes, he has NEVER given me a receipt for my FULL PAYMENT nor has he given me a written guarantee, yet he offers 15 years guarantee and I could not even get 1 days guarantee...and he is not cheap neither. I had a leaking roof within 2 weeks of his application on my roofs...BOTH ROOFS...and I have had to go and repair them on 2 other occasions as I am no expert and only this week did I pay R2000 for a private individual to go and TRY TO FIX THE LEAKS at my one house (in Herm****, yes all the way to Herm****...for the 3rd time WITHOUT HIM) now I must wait for the rain to see if my 2nd contractor has done a better job..AT ADDED EXPENSE...Even my ceilings need replacing and Terence needs to replace them...but he ignores me, has blocked me on Whatsapp, by the look of it AND nowhere does he show WHERE HE LIVES or even have a telephone number on his quotes to me so he seems to be a devious operator...I am still trying to get his business address as I am taking him to court but he just will not give it. I wonder if ANY of his clients know where he lives so that they can find him IF THEIR JOB GOES WRONG...I certainly cannot......TRUE STORY....Not a ethical operator from my experiences. If anybody knows how I can get hold of him I will be a happy man as the court needs an address and I need to supply it. I thank you Richard Chittenden....very sad that I trusted this man. Oh, I do not even have an email address for him as he just never left me with one I am using my own email address just to let this review go through
So I have the database of good contractors for a top home hardware group and Procallsec was selected as one of our contractors. Well Clint runs the business but we are shocked at how bad he delivered a job to a certain Theresa and when I confronted him his language was too terrible fr words and WE have the recordings.. He has now blocked us while he owes tyhe client a good few thousands of rands and he has left her with a bad job of work BUT!!! he already was given 80% of the payment. I now cannot get him to go ans sort things out with the client...so please be very wary when working with PROCALLSEC.. YOU WILL BE SORRY...I trust that this report will be permitted as others MUST BE WARNED... Please advise me if I must change anything as the end of the day the Company has shown how they work and the language of the OWNER is just too terrible. I have recordings if you want.
So I have been a Hyperli client for many years and I dealt with many great employees at Hyperli. It would be wrong of me not to mention that Ganeefa is one of their best employees and I have had nothing but success with her as there is nothing that she cannot help with. That, in itself automatically makes me like to buy from Hyperli and the management need to realise just how important it is to have staff members who treat their clients like they are the most important person around...now we need more specials that will draw us towards them...don't be shy to offer 50% discounts....I thank you for reading this review...
Please read this review CAREFULLY as I am ready to blow a gasket. I have NEVER EVER worked with a more amateur Company than CARTRACK. I had 2 systems installed 5 weeks ago. The technicians arrived 3 hours late but did not even apologise. I had to contact the office to find out where they were and they eventually told me that they are busy elsewhere WHAAAAT!!! then why book me?. To add insult to injury they got to me and battled for many hours before saying that they are going home as it was late, on a FRIDAY NIGHT. I accepted the fact that they still have to do something to ensure that all works and I let them go. They eventually called me and told me that they have linked my 2 cars up to their system. Well within a week my battery of my one car went flat and they called to say that there is no link to the control room. I was pleased about that BUT!! a few days later the FAULTY battery was flat again but this time, AND a few times later NO CALL CAME TO ME. I then removed the battery from my 2nd car to see if they will call but I got ZERO CALL. It is now 5 weeks down the line and I have spoken with Clement, Kabelo, Petunia, G****tso and a few others and NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEND A TECHNICIAN TO CHECK OUT BOTH OF MY VEHICLES...I have also held on AT MY CELL FONE COST for 30 to 40 minutes on EACH CALL THAT I HAVE MADE...they do not even offer to call back...I really have to say that in my 70 years on this earth I have NEVER DEALT WITH A MORE INEFFICIENT BUNCH...My cars were never tested, WITH ME, having ZERO training on the systems that I foolishly had installed. Why I did not rather use Netstar or other reputable brands I do not know.. Clement, who says he is a Manager, just does not return calls and Gopoleng (GP), the Sales guy, really is only interested in sales and does nothing to ensure that his client is satisfied. I am sure that you will agree that there is nothing worse than a salesman who only wants the sale but gives NO AFTER SALES SERVICE...Well that is what GP has done for me...but in general, they do not know how to satisfy a client and 4 weeks of constant calling to them has still not brought ANY technician to my house...so I have no ideas as to what I purchased...YET THE MONTHLY AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED, OF COURSE.. What a bunch of amateurs, in my opinion. I am really livid with them and I cannot get their SENIORS to call me yet I have left a message for them to do so on so many occasions... If I was in charge I would sort it out IMMEDIATELY as I have always been customer driven, but these leaders seem to shy away from responsibility....Yea, they rate as the worst that I have dealt with...How they can improve, well, if their managers would return my calls I can give some very logical 'tricks of the trade' based on my years of experience... So Since I met Power Africa I have had nothing but promises and bad service. I am in Cape Town and they operate from Garsfontein, ONLY, and they only use sub contractors who help WHEN THEY CAN as they have their own Companies to run...So first of all their pricing is ridiculously high while their service is intermittent because of the use of these Sub Contractors...They also charge very high but use sub standard equipment. Francois Botha the CEO promises great systems on RSG radio etc. but is NEVER AVAILABLE to speak when things go wrong so DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN PLEASE... I have already had 4 batteries in less than 1 year and they all only last 3 months at a time, if I am lucky BUT!! we then have to send them back to Pretoria and they take up to 6 weeks to replace but YOU must rely on Eskom again and they DO NOT PAY THE BILL. They surely do not look after customers so please be very careful of the smooth talk that sells the product. Gert Botha is the only one I trust but his hands are tied as he cannot arrange anything of value due to him being limited by Francois and his team, in my opinion and experience with them. Well I had my doubts after reading so many bad reviews about the fitment centre, and more so about Ashley, but I took my chances. I found Ashley to be a great guy who does listen, even though some would argue that point. We discussed my situation, I asked him to remain fair as I am a fair person and so far he did do just that. I am still waiting for my account for my one vehicle and I trust that the vehicle, first of all, will be fixed correctly AND secondly, I trust that Ashley remains fair with his charges, bearing in mind the long journey he has travelled with both of my vehicles before they got them repaired to my satisfaction. I recently got the one vehicle back and I hope to get the 2nd one back on Monday. So yea, they have taken their time but so far Ashley has been a gentleman and I like working with gentle men/women.. so keep it up Ashley and you WILL WIN...even if it is only by ONE POINT...
