Takes the money and runs
Well it is now more than a year and Joel still cannot give me a receipt for his sub standard job AND he cannot even come and make corrections...and!!! still no guarantee...

Just not a good businessman
So this man, Joel, keeps running away after supplying bad services AND bad product...He still has not supp**** me with an invoice OR a guarantee...OR a receipt for the FULL AMOUNT as I trusted his smooth, yet VERY SARCASTIC, tongue. I just need his address so that I can legally do what is required...I now have to get a new company to redo the job as cameras are even falling off the walls. The alarm on each camera beeps continuously as they pick up even insects...Not good and certainly a bad man.

Cannot be trusted
Well this man Jermaine, just does not have any ethics and he should not receive any work from anybody. He has grossly mismanaged clients jobs AND he has left our company in bad repute.. He needs to be banned from Cape Town City Council and Public works tenders etc.

If only we could select ZERO stars... This man is about to be taken to court as I have now received the paperwork. He has no scruples and has ****** from me and our business without ANY remorse so he has to pay his dues. Please be very wary of this character.

So Jermaine has still not paid his bill AND he still has not handed over the simple job to a certain Doctor of high regard...He should be ashamed of himself and he should pay for his misdemeanor.. We are busy with the small claims court so if anybody knows him and sees this report, please inform him that his business should fail to exist after this court case and he still has time to redeem himself.

Greedy meets his fate
So Jermaine started off sounding very dedicated but that soon changed when we saw that he takes work but actually gets others to do it. This has caused our brand to be tarnished because this man does not pay his dues, he does not complete work AS QUOTED, his attitude is irrational and brash AND he is one of those who promises everything but delivers very little. We have had no choice but to open up a small claims court case for him plus we need to get the public protector to assist a client whom he has badly let down...and this is a high standing official in society...We also are about to open a theft case against him as certain items were TAKEN from me, without our permission, and he simply does not return them...We cannot work with people like Jermaine of Bosman's Construction, any more, for sure. I would love to see his response to my write up as you cannot argue against the absolute truth......and he will already have to prove a lot in the court when the date arrives..... What a disappointment.

Quantum unsecured
He simply runs a waste of time business and he should be closed forever. My system is falling apart thanks to him watching while others do his bad work... Yet he has no backbone or ethics....Leave him alone please. TAKE MY ADVICE,,///,He talks a good job, but simply does what is written on the box...and he does it wrong and very untidy.
