BAD SERVICE AND NO DELIVERY
I would not recommend anyone use this company the service is the worst I have ever experienced I ordered something from them on the 8 October 2024 and still waiting for my parcel. They are rude when answering e-mails and don't keep you updated on anything also no phone number so it is a no no

Bad service and no delivery
where do I begin placed my order on the 9 October 2024. Found the company posted on facebook and it looked amazing so I ordered shoes for my partner, got the tracking number and confirmation so a while later I emailed them asking progress of parcel they rep**** that there was a back log of orders and delivery takes weeks they don't keep you updated and no phone number I will never use them again

DOTSURE IS BY FAR THE BEST INSURANCE COMPANY OUT THERE I HAVE ONLY HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM THE SERVICE IS THE BEST AND WHEN IT COMES TO CLAIMS IT IS EASY NO FUSS I AM A DEALER AND I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY CUSTOMERS AND NEVER HAD ONE COMPLAINT

FRIENDS FOR LIFE ARE HARRASING OUR COMPANY PHONING ALL THE TIME AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM NICELY TO STOP THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON YOU IT IS GETTING SO BAD THEY PHONE LIKE 15 TIMES A DAY I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I AM TRYING TO WORK AND THEY KEEP HARRASING ME

ocean basket beacon bay
partner and i went to the ocean basket in beacon bay east london and we had 18 prawns each the food arrived and i was put off straight away they used a round pan put the chips at the bottom and prawns on top then took butter and drowned it all, my chips landed up looking like mash and biting into a prawn tasted like butter. i will never go back and I don't recommend the place at all

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH DOTSURE NOW FOR ALMOST 8 YEARS AND I MUST SAY THAT I ENJOY THE SERVICE THEY GIVE AND HOW MUCH THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTS I REFER ALL MY CLIENTS TO DOTSURE CAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY WOULD BE RECEIVED WITH OPEN ARMS AND TREATED WITH THE BEST CLIENT CARE.
