Worst service ever . The way they conduct their collections is ridiculous They do double deductions now for payments missed 3 months ago and they don't ask whether you can afford it or make an arrangement . When you contact them they can't even give you the proper information . 1 consultant says missed payment happened in march 2024 and the next consultant says it was missed in Nov 2022 . *********** people and this is so frustrating . They take further legal action against you also even though they receive payments from you monthly . I will definitely lodge a formal complaint against this company
This company knows to call you continuesly when you don't make payments ,however when you need something from them they unable to deliver I have been calling for a month and asked for a statement and I have still not received it Worst service ever , so unprofessional
Im so furious with this people its as if they illiterate , they ask me to send them my details every time the same thing over and over again but they dont attend to my query they double deducted my account again due to their errors - they tried deducting my account on the 25th but my debit order date is for the end of the month thus causing extra payments on my account im so tired of this peoples **** i want to cancel my debit order and make cash payments but they not attending to my query at all #worst service provider ever #GATVOL
If your account is 1 or 2 months in arrears they deduct that full amount , according to them your account must be 3 months in arrears before they can arrange to split the payment over 3 months for you ....That's bullsh*t I work in this Industry and TELKOM are THIEVES , they dont care about their clients I have a contract with them and i have never received a call from them not once ever since i have this contract BAD SERVICE , WORST SERVICE PROVIDER THESE PEOPLE DISGUST ME !!!
THEIR Customer Service is disgusting ...not to mention their debit order Systems omw i have an account with telkom and my debit order date is for the end of EACH month , they did not debit my account this month and ONE MONTH PREVIOUSLY IN LAST YEAR - their wERE funds available for them to debit but they did not - So now my account is in arrears but note it was their fault that they did not deduct and not mine im disgusted by this people honestly ! their application never works and not to mention their network is BAD they have a bunch of idiots working for them as well because when you try to get hold of telkom no one answers i would not advise anyone to use Telkom
