Airlink doesn't care about it's customers. My flight got canceled due to inclement weather as we are supposed to board the flight. We are asked to provide our information for a refund to be carried out. Even the duty manager advised that we need to either reschedule or request a refund. After sending the email for a refund (as instruction from their staff at OR Tambo airport) your request for a refund is denied. Do they really think so little of their customers? They just give false information to get us out of their faces
I would like to address my dissatisfaction with the service received from Airlink at OR Tambo International Airport. My ticket was booked on Wednesday 04th of September 2024 for departure date on 07 September 2024. Upon arrival at the airport, no notification was made prior to arriving at the departure gate regarding a possible cancelation due to inclement weather in Mthatha. The flight was scheduled for departure at 12:25. We were notified at 12:00 that the flight has been canceled. About 3 of us passengers on the flight we in a similar situation whereby we had no alternate solution. This is when we got in contact with 3 other passengers who have been in a similar situation since Thursday 5th of September. Airlink does not assist with accommodation and their refunds take a period of 8 weeks. It is now 14:09 and we have been addressed by 3 different "managers" whom are not able to assist in anyway. Is Airlink that inconsiderate of their passengers?
Please don't ever book apm bus services. Their busses stand very long at collection points and sell tickets at the bus door. Times are not kept, bus is late and the worst part is the lights are so dim, it's like the bus is using park lights to drive from Pretoria to mthatha. If you want a safe trip, I repeat DO NOT USE APM BUS SERVICES. If I could I would give them a 0 rating because that is what they deserve. We have been on the road from Pretoria from 17:30, the time now is 21:24 and we have stopped at a filling station on the n3. Last sign showed 543 km to Durban. The bus is still standing with no explanation whatsoever from the drivers
On Tuesday the 25th of January 2022 after 18:30 pm, I went to Sutherland Debonairs and my intention was to purchase two of the promotional R169.90 for 1 triple decker and a free 1.5Lt coldrink. At the counter the cashier advised that the triple decker for R169.90 does not come with cheese. I was given 3 options: 1. Dry pizza (and was told that I cannot complain), 2. Double pizza (additional cost of R40.00 per pizza) or 3 Triple cheese (by now I was not interested in any additional charges). I enquired from the cashier why the promotional flyer on the wall did not specify that the cheese had additional costs. Anyway, seeing i had promised my kids pizza for supper, i proceeded to order 1 x creamy cheese and 1 x something meaty and paid the additional R40 per pizza. My order should have cost R339.80 now cost me R419.80. My slip number was no. 163. When the order was ready for collection at the counter, the cashier immediately took the slip and threw it in the bin. I requested my till slip and she told me it was thrown in the bin. I told her to take it out of the bin, but "she could not find it". I thought this was very odd as i have purchased pizza before from other branches and never experienced something like this. Just before 21:00 on the same day, I went onto the Debonairs Pizza page and proceeded to write a complaint and submitted and just for safety sake i forwarded an email to the address reflecting on the Debonairs Pizza page on the morning of the 26th January 2022. I googled and found that Debonairs Pizza was part of the Famous Brands Group. I called the number 3 times and everytime you are answered by an automatic voice system that advises that your call is important to them. But the call is never answered (after +/-10 minutes the call just cuts off). I attempted to contact the store to speak to a manager at Sutherland and Asanda answered the phone, and promised to investigate and get back to me. There was never any feedback from Asanda. I then proceeded to check for the Debonairs Pizza complaints page on Facebook, which i found and commented on one of their posts for the same promotion product where I was ripped off by Debonairs Pizza in Sutherland Street. I was requested to please inbox my query they would get back to me. On Thursday I inboxed the Debonairs Pizza complaints to enquire if there was any feedback. Their response was they would get team to investigate and they would get back to me. I fail to understand how long the investigation would take. How many other innocent and loyal customers of Debonairs are they ripping off? Why is Famous Brands not answering the phone? The worst part is that the "double cheese" i paid for looked exactly like the same amount of cheese that the usual triple decker pizza comes out with.
This company falsely advertises that you are paying R350 for a course, which lands up being a bunch of videos that you are able to search for off the internet. One of the videos is of someone showing you how to cheat the test for Rev, which is not even the correct answer. The cell number on the website does not exist. Please could you have this website closed down as it is scamming too many innocent parties of their hard earned money. I want my daughter refunded in full
