Best of the Best
I have been typing and deleting wondering where to start with this review. Somtaki Logistics is on a league of it's own. The customer service, the packaging and handling of my belongings, the communication was outstanding. THEY ARE THE BEST. The honesty and integrity is something to applause. If you ever need your belongings transported from one province to another look no further. The fact that I was in a different province and they picked my belongings from a storage unit with no supervision from my end and delivered to yet another province still without me being present, it only needed one available on the phone for communication and that's literally all. They are best!!

Poor post customer service
The Neovision The Bridge has an awful online/telephone reputation. I have been calling for close to 4 weeks asking for my mother and sisters script to be emailed to me. They keep taking my details promising to send but nothing. I have given up on their Whatsapp platform because even there no replies just automated responses.

Horrible Flight Network
I booked from cheapflights website that routed me to Flight Network, I had a change of travel plans and paused my tickets directly with the airline only for this Network to request a refund from the airline on my so called behalf and now they don't want to refund me.

Pathetic Service
I am probably bewitched by SADV for that fact that I stayed after extreme Two week delay last month and I stayed. Welcome to the next cycle and lo and behold they are giving me the run around once again. I am livid at the fact that each agent I speak with gives me different feedback. Daily I'm told the system this and that, escalated this and that 48 hour TAT is probably 48weeks or years! I have no internet connection and NOBODY can explain why the services has not been reactivated. I will definitely not be returning once this matter is resolved I don't care who says what.
