Always when it comes to debut date then vodacom don't debut my bank then I must pay penalties fees but the story goes like this arcording to them insufficient funds but it's all lies can the CEO call me I'll explain everything to him this is very bad service.
I was a client off them since 2021 I've lost my job at Crystal cool logistics via retrenchment right but still I make payments to them on the other side insurance was paying half of my installment for 12months so after the 12months insurance stop to pay I got a new job but I informed them that I'm going to have trouble to make payments oky started my job and I make payments the nex months the company told me that they clossing for December I must start to work in February I also informed them so now I'm 2months behind with my payments really this poeple did not even tell me we must work something out regarding my 2months ereas they just terminate there service and informed my creditors that they no longer my deb counselors but for all the time I was a good customer really bad service they give really.
I bought a washing machine with a warranty off two years now the spinner not working I did report it to them sent them al the necessary documents they requested they report back and told me that samsung going to phone me in 24to 48 hours up until today no response from them I phone them the lady told me they going to phone me nothing happened now I must wait but hence my wife must dry the washing with her bare hands ✋
The power box in our street is loss and it was reported long time now the box is on fire 🔥 the power blows and we don't have power now we phone them but still they didn't arrive very bad service from them really.
I'm very said now I call Chris Coetzee at finfix about my problem about fnb not paying my claim told him my story now the man tell me I must approach ombudsman and we can sort out this problem in court and he can't speak to me he's attorneys will sort it out what tipe off company is this .
I went to finfix for help but it seems like I make the biggest mistake of my life today I stand like the middle man between them and fnb but still my problem can't be resolved 🤷🏿♂️
Since October I lock a claim with them but my claim is rejected because of none payment but According to my debt council I've got insurance on my account but FNB say no so I'm the middle man between fnb and finfix ,finfix tells me this story fnb tells me another story but still my problem can't be resolved.
Everytime I phone them about my problem with fnb the answer is always we will escalated but my problem don't get resolved.
It is more about the insurance side according to them I don't pay installment to them but according to my deb collector they do pay installment to fnb now I'm in the middle of finfix and fnb and my problem couldn't be resolved.
