The experience with this company was a huge disappointment. To the brink that I was convinced its a ****. They delay payment, delay returning devices. Delay on communicating and best of all you cant reach them other that via email. Stay away.
I Listed various devices in January 2024 with Phonetradr - they were very quick to collect 4 devices and even stayed in touch. My first device was sold mid April 2024 and they asked for FICA docs to make payment. They have not made any payment and are not answering mails or demands for return of the remaining devices. Very disappointing and potentially a **** - be warned
I recently bought and Essenwood white dress from one of the designers at the Space shop in Brooklyn Mall. When I arrived home the dress had a massive tear on inside of wrap around dressd. We immediately contacted the Space and sent them pictures of dress and tear, who asked us to return the dress which I urgently needed for a awards evening that night (and we live 1 hour away). I visited the store the next week who suggested that I tore the dress and offered me R500 to console met. Surely if you pay a premium for a dress you expect stores to double check quality and ensure that customers are 100% satisfied as per Consumer Protection Act. Ive rejected the offer and asked for replacement dress but no response. Really poor service!!
My 3 month old Boston Terrier broke her bag leg late one night. We rushed to Fourways from Harties and were advised tibia and fibia was fractured. They suggested a plate for R30k or splint for far less which could do the trick. This excercise cost us R6500. They sent her home with 3 days anti-inflams and no pain meds and asked us to change bandage with our local vet every 5 days. When we did this it resulted in another R2500 of x-rays an indication that leg would never heal and could lead to amputation. In may view their advice was poor, they over-charged us for really doing nothing. Dog was only fixed after Onderstepoort came to rescue. Would not recommend them or support them again. They not only cost us R8500 wasted expenses but a delay in our dogs healing.
I ordered Super Dry Sunglasses on this website on 2 November 2020 - they sent me a receipt as well as DHL tracking number. I have followed up continuously with vendor as well DHL (which has no knowledge of order). Think this is clearly a scheme - be aware
