On the 23rd of May I decided to buy a birthday cake for myself at Checkers Mall of Africa and I was utterly disappointed. As soon as I opened the cake I realized it smells rotten, I tried cutting the cake and it was stiff. WHY ARE WE BUYING ROTTEN STUFF? I couldn't stomach that cake, it ended up in the bin. How unprofessional and selfish of checkers to keep rotten baked goods on selves for people to buy.
This is the third time i write a review in order to get attention and justice from Samsung but NOTHING. They don't care. I sent my phone 3 years ago to get repaired at Samsung but it never came back. Whenever i write a review they call me and act like they're investigating but they always end up ignoring the entire matter. I'm so tired, i paid for that phone in full. Samsung is giving influencers free phones while there's people THEY owe phones. Samsung when you see this, don't reach out if you're not going send me a brand new phone. I sent 3 years without a proper phone because you lost my phone and Never took responsibility. GIVE ME A PHONE. This is the last time i try to be polite about this matter, this isn't fair. It's time i involve my blood thirsty lawyers. I WILL GET JUSTICE.
My review should be 0, because MTN is literally the worst. 1. In 2019 my phone was broken and i sent it to mtn because I had a contract with them, let me tell you i still don't have a phone. MTN never took accountability and neither did Samsung, however i paid the contract in full and i believe i should've been given another phone since it's clear I'm never getting my old phone back. MTN IS THE WORST. 2.Now i have a data contract which has both day and mid night data but everytime i try to use my mid night data and download things (at midnight) my day data gets finished. HOW? Sometimes MTN DOES NOT LOAD ME WITH MID NIGHT DATA. What a trashy company. MTN is literally the worst. I'm on my way to cancel my contract. You have taken so much from me. You deserve nothing. I'm so livid
Spur Highveld mall ( witbank ) Me and my sister were keen on sitting upstairs but apparently it was dirty and no body was willing to clean it. I'm very disappointed. They should've cleaned the upstairs area the minute we asked to go there.
Maybe this will finally give me the justice I deserve. This is to Samsung directly. CAN YOU PLEASE SEND ME MY PHONE. This is the third time i write this review, Because whenever I try to reach out you follow up on the matter than at some point you stop ,clearly you are struggling to assist me I have fully paid for this phone and it hasn't been in my possession since 2019. I am honestly tired of fighting and pleading with you to bring back my phone and what irritates me the most is that you never take action or effort to bring back this phone. If you have lost the phone somehow Please replace it, my daughter is in university without a phone because of this , can you Please care about the customer for once. I don't afford to buy another phone, especially when the phone that I paid for is no where to be found. I feel so powerless Samsung really doesn't card about it's customers. Are you telling me I paid for this phone only for me to lose it like this? What's this? I NEED THIS PHONE WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. I am tired!
This is the second time I am writing this review. Mtn sent my phone to get fixed at Samsung when my screen broke 2 YEARS AGO. I was supposed to get my phone a few weeks later, I still don't have a phone ( apparently Samsung lost it) I paid for this phone for an entire 2 YEARS, a phone I barely used! I WANT MY PHONE OR SEND ME ANOTHER ONE.
I spent so much money ( money that I hardly had) to invest into bark because I wanted to kick of of freelance career, I paid once for the subscription,the next day money was deducting from my account by bark! What's worse is that I never got any clients, I really thing bark is a scam, Please DON'T pay for the subscription. DON'T!
I bought a Samsung A70 on contract in June 2019 at an MTN store in south Africa Mpumalanga witbank ( highveld mall). Unfortunately in November 2019 the screen broke and I was advised to return it to MTN so they could ship it you Samsung and it'll get fixed. However when the bill came back in December 2019 is was too much and I couldn't afford it so I requested the phone to be returned to me. Samsung requested R200 for shipping in the beginning of January. I sent it. But till this day my phone hasn't been returned to me. I understand that Samsung probably has alot of phones to ship but I don't think it is ethical nor professional for the return of my phone to be delayed this long. It is 2 years now. I'm wondering if this is how Samsung treat's it's customers? Is this how Samsung does business? Are the customers feelings and well beings the last items on your priority list?I am a student. Right now I'm using an old phone to get through this COVID-19 pandemic because I have virtual classes. This phone troubles me so much. It hurts because I have a perfectly good phone that I haven't seen in months some where in south Africa. Its very unfair that i have to pay so much money for a phone that's not even here with me. Samsung has really proven that I should never ever purchase a Samsung gadget because clearly Samsung does NOT care about me as a customer. Now i am demanding an answer as to what's going to happen now ? Because I WILL NOT be purchasing another phone. I need my phone back because I need it and I'm currently paying for it EVERY SINGLE MONTH. BRING BACK MY PHONE SAMSUNG.
