Excellent service received. I have been using Pratley's Standard Setting putty to fix some cracks and a hole in my pool. 2 of the packs were a bit glassy and didn't mix well. I emailed Pratley, had a response by that afternoon, 3 calls of follow up from them and delivery of 2 new tubes this week along with the business card of one of their representatives and a catalogue (they seem to have an adhesive for every application). In a country where the service delivery is almost always sub par, huge hats off to Pratley for going the extra mile. Happy client!
Pathetic service, pathetic communication, ineffective- no internet for 11 days and counting. Glenhazel had an outage since Friday 5th July. No announcement, sms, email from VOX. Called in every day and the response was the same "Openserve issue, technicians on site, no eta, no idea as to the problem. Didn't receive a single update from VOX. Finally got an email on Friday the 12th July saying service restored. They were however not restored and we still don't have connectivity. I reported it again and they say a technician has to come. They have a 120 hour turn around-120 hours, ridiculous. Still no communication from VOX. If you want fibre, try ANYONE else!
This guy came up on a trusted Audi facebook group. He is based in KZN and I purchased a tail light for my vehicle. He asked for ewallet payment to speed up delivery to Jhb but never sent the item and has gone quiet. He has been paid yet I have not received goods. Someone else has now posted also on FB that she was ****med by him. Beware of this guy, he will take your money and run. He also trades under the name "Joes auto spares, accessories and caravan spares" . His stated address is 400 Boundary Road, Port Edward. His phone number is 084-700-4907. I have been using Flow Pools for my property management business and my own home for a good few years now. Charl, the owner, is very hands on and runs an excellent business. They are 100 % reliable and honest and always do what they say they will. Their prices are keen and their service is excellent. You cannot go wrong by giving these guys a try. They so weekly maintenance, repairs, supplies and are excellent at trouble shooting!
FNB in their infinite wisdom decided to freeze my business account yesterday apparently due to me not sending FICA documents. Despite the fact that i didn't receive any form of communication that the docs were needed. When i called them yesterday I was shoved from pillar to post. Not a single department knew who could uplift a FICA frozen business account. I was on the line to them for 1hr 58 minutes, being cut off by them twice. I turned to my Private Wealth personal banker who put me onto my business banker. I sent them all the documents required yet the account has not as yet been lifted. Its impossible to run a business without a bank account and the absolute incompetence shown by FNB is pathetic. I wasted a large part of my day and am very frustrated with how little they care. I have a big business profile with the bank and they can certainly not consider my accounts as insignificant. Poor show indeed!
This is a difficult one to write as the vast majority of the pharmacists are helpful, friendly and efficient. The lead pharmacist who goes by the name of Lorraine completely ruins the experience of going there. I have been a client for many years and the level of rudeness has made me transfer all my scripts and business elsewhere. There have been many incidents over the years. The way this Lorraine talks to her staff in front of the clients is embarassing and shameful. She is always rude to both her staff and most clients I have seen her interact with. She is entirely unhelpful, tries to make a clients experience at the store as difficult as possible. I spend a few thousand Rand every month at this pharmacy and the sole reason I am taking my business elsewhere is due to this lady. I have tried to engage with Medicare main group and they do not reply to emails and seem disinterested in dealing with clients issues. PS 2 current pharmacists there are friendly and helpful and should not lose out because of this review, namely Tina and Tarryn!
