What an experience from FNB Waterfall Mall, we have been struggling for weeks going up and down different institutions. Just one touch with Constance Gaoretelelwe, our world was made better. She is friendly, professional, patient and so helpful. She really deserves a promotion, she was in a meeting when we came in but decided that customers come first and helped us whileheartedly. I now have opened an account with FNB(switching from Standard Bank) and my daughter will also be opening an account. We are so delighted and will only be dealing with FNB from now on. Will definitely refer others
Stay away, these people are crooks! They have a big branch with good cars and just down the road a small branch with used cars just patched up, i asked to see the spare tyre it was torn the rim was bent, then i asked where's the jack etc, they told me they would get it, then it was lock nuts, i insisted on a service and new breaks they told me to bring the car by 8.30, i got it back after 4pm, the excuse was "the workshop was very busy" only to realize that they use used parts from other vehicles, different sizes etc, its been 3 weeks ive not received my papers nor my number plates the excuse from their side was the traffic department is out of paper, the so called service was ridiculous all that was done is a computer box reset, i open the service book only to realize the car was serviced last on 65 00 km and its on 156 000 km, the day they claimed it was serviced no stamp was stamped into the service book, the tyres are different sizes these people are crooks they will talk you into anything to make a sale and leave u with a broken car that you have worked hard to get, its really disgusting that people would do this to make a sale Stay away
I very very disappointed in infinity wireless service rustenburg i don't recommend anyone using them, ive got a get meg fibre line my internet is off atleast 2 times a week, i stay in a complex and on our group everyone asks whos iwireless is off and its all that use infinity its slow it buffers ive had to spend additional R400 for a wifi extender to be able to have fibre in our rooms our home is tiny we were told by the people from infinity we won't have that kind of problem, never the less they also debited over R1000 from my account which was not the price they advertised, upon installation i was given a form to select my package and sign and i saw that part was already ticked off a package way more expensive i asked them what is this they said its the package i asked for i refused and asked for a clean form ticked the correct package but yet i was debited for a package i didn't take. I do not recommend infinity wireless at all!
This is pathetic service, I've never had such service from any other dealership and I've been in business for years. Baught a bakkie from rustenburg branch dealt with someone of the name pierre, so many lies to cover up his mistakes. Wipers broken I phone them they fetch the bakkie for a day costing me time and money get it back still the same problem mechanism still broken no blades no water in the water box, central locking, they will fix it still nothing I need to phone and phone and they pierre has the audacity to say to his boss we never called him. License disc and no plates it's been over a month and still nothing, when we enquired we were told pierre hasnt even put the bakkie through the test yet, how can a dealership sell a vehicle like this? The badges are loose the casing around the lights have already fallen off the lights on the computer box are shining for faults and it's been a month.. when the vehicle was approved i was told by pierre to hold on a day or 2 as they want to do touch ups before I take it. Clearly no touch ups. I dont recommend this place auto investments rustenburg to anyone poor service never the less the lies to cover up wrongs and faulty vehicles!! How can these people take pride in what they do
