Isimangaliso Emergency Numbers a dismal failure
We were surrounded by elephants for over 2 hrs. Why have an emergency number that is not reachable. We saw our lives flash before our eyes. The least we expected was someone on the other end of the emergency number to advise us on what to do.

Vodacom Repairs Polokwane
Vodacom Repairs Polokwane refused to honor a warranty claim for a faulty battery on my Galaxy Note 10 Lite, that is a few months old because of a crack on my screen that has no relation whatsoever to the fault that it was sent in for. I was told that this is regarded as physical damage and thus voids my warranty for the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable and misleading as the phone is still new with battery issues already!!! Which means it is a faulty product and they want to charge me R4494.32 to fix it. I am completely unsatisfied and unhappy with the service I received from the repair center, as well as Vodacom as a whole.
