I bought an electrical blanket in April and it stopped working in June. I took it back and they did they assessment. “ The blanket purchased was a tiedown blanket as clearly stated on the description, which the instruction on the blanket should have been followed. Unfortunately are there no compensation as the instruction was not followed. I’m not happy with the response I just want my refund.
Romans Pizza Cambridge ,East London has bad services, the attitude from the cashier, order a pizza at 18:52 , an hour later I called back, she said it was on the way. 2 hours later , I called again and the driver said he tried calling and as I am writing this complaint we have not received a pizza. And they are not answering the phone we opted on fetching the pizza but there was no answer.
I went to have breakfast at 9:53 and I was set down and offered a menu. I waited for someone to attend to me and no one did, i decided to leave at 10:47. I Logged the complaint against Vincent Wimpy, I followed it up and to my surprise someone wrote that they have called and apologised. Which is a blue lie. They are very unprofessional.
