RCS group is a ****mer
Hi i want to share my dissatisfaction with RCS group i had an account with them and i had a credit of R40000 but someone call me with a number registered as RCS card division they told me that there was someone trying to make a purchase from my account and they ask me to him the OTP from my phone so that they can reverse all that transaction and i give him but later i realize i was a ****mer and after 2 days i call the RCS ***** department and i lodged a ***** case but they responded after a week and told me that i am liable for all the purchase's that was made on account.

Poor service delivery
Hi i would like to raise my concern about the above company i went to their warehouse in Mobeni Durban to purchase a corner couch and they say i must pay for it first and then they will make on for me and deliver within 2 weeks, it was on the 5th January 2024 and up to date they never deliver when contact them they always promising me to get it soon but now I lost trust with them and I would like to get my money back now because I'm not happy with their services.

Hi I’m very disappointed with a Rcs builders account someone fraudulently use my account to buy some stuff at Game Store and Makro using online purchases. I am very disappointed with this company please stay away from this.

Hi i renew my motor vehicle license online with eNaTis online on Monday 14/03/2022 and i pay the lecense and corrier fee they say will be delivered in 3 days time but up to now i never recieved anything and when i'm contacting them there is no response.
