this is the worst service provider ever , people must never attempt to be part off this scaly business , I have sent emails , posted on face book to date no response from them , I want to cancel this ****ty Wi-Fi service provider, I the week I Facebook responded on their add and asked they should phone me back and left my number to date no call , I sent an email on 5th December inquiring about how to cancel my contract no reply, I emailed again and only got a email with a ticket number say I should respond only to that mail, I mailed the again today (27/02/2025) I don't think I will get a response from them. what can I do to get this contract cancelled , please help

This is one of the baddest Service providers, if been with them since november 2022 on a 50/50 line, there is never a day that we dont buffer, i have addressed it with them since the begining and nithing has been done. They said free installation but R450 was added for the guy that came to plug in the router and all other service providers dont charge for that. Be carefull of these people, if you signed up the leave you for the wolfs, mailed them last week regarding this buffering again, no answer from them to date 01.05.2023.
Please people be careful I hade to get a new bank card in order for Uber Eats not to deduct that R50 everymonth up until today I don't know what their reasons is for deducting and they can even explain we need to inform people on all media platforms of Uber eats they international and when things like this happens on your account you can't do anything I'm really so dissapionted in this app I can kick myself.
I just wanted to share my experience with the UberEats app. I used the app 5 times in total during Lockdown to order some food for myself and my family that was May, June & August 2020 and that was the only time I used the app for ordering food, on the 3 August I saw a R50 was deducted from my bank account for Uber Trip Help. Uber I thought nothing of it and did not check my bank statement again until November, again I saw there was another R50 deducted for Uber Trip Help. Uber but with the first R50 deduction I deleted my bank card details and also the app, and I though it would stop, they have been deducting since August 2020 and deducted again January 2021 all together a R300. I went on their facebook page and message them privately they said I must log a complaint om ubr.to/2KE8w9d which I did I have forwarded my bank statements with all the deductions, now they tell me that they cant assist me cause they cant pic up the deductions. Who took my money. I would just like to inform people to please check there bank statements if they are using Uber Eats cause this also happened to my suster Uber Eats is robbing you out off your money and you will not be aware off it unless you check your statements. Please please be aware off the apps you using I have lost a R300 but out there there is somebody that lost more that that without knowing.
