Hi, I have been having issues with axxess network since the 2nd of January 2025 and now is the 6th of January 2025. I have reported the issue with axxess and i have been told there is an issue with Frogfoot and both Frogfoot and axxess technicians are working on restoring network. 1.It is unacceptable that this issue is going on for this long and yet we have paid for the service that we are not receiving. 2.The clients are required to individually call axxess or go to the company's website to get progress/status and the company is not even broad casting smses to clients to notify us of the failure status. 3.The service provider (axxess) is not even providing interim workaround solution while trying to restore the network(FYI:This speaks volumes about the competence of the service provider which is axxess and their ability to provide customer service).
I have call in just to request Autobodyworks in Port Elizabeth for banking so that I can make the payment for the axxess amount. I have been told that the lady who knows the banking details is off sick. I am so angry and frustrated now the progress is being stalled by someone who is sick and there is not even a single person at autobody works who can provide this information and I have always heard of the level of service this body shop provides. This service and unprofessionalism by far is the worst. Honestly Autobody works should not be in business at all.Autobody works does not even deserve one star...
I have ordered for an item that supposedly cancelled and this is the 2nd time in row this is happening and I wrote to takealot ,because I could see the item is returned in the warehouse by their driver and only to be told there is nothing that they can do.I was at home the whole waiting this parcel but the driver did not arrive.Dissappointing service
I have dropped off my car for repairs at the panel shop in February and I was told that the repairs will take 10-15 days to complete and even today the car is still ready for collection.Since February the completion date for my car has been changing since and various stories or excuses have been told by the panel shop.The panel shop has poor service and take customers for granted.This panel shop gives vague status updates which make me think that they don't take their jobs seriously and they dont even understand the financial implication their actions are to the client.In my opinion Auto body panel shop has very poor service.
