This is the worst client service I have ever received. No feedback received. The turn around time is ridiculous. This company can commit to anything and just pulls up their shoulders and can not take responsibility for anything. "Unseen delay" seems to be their favorite feedback.

If I could use zero start rating I would. My car insurance claim was approved on the 17 July and the appointed repairer was unfortunately Auto Body Works. I was told by my insurance to wait for their call in order to book my car in for repairs. Days went by without receiving any form of communication from them, I decided to give them a call myself and they told me they are waiting for the part they would need for my car. I was very happy about this because this would then mean my car would be in and out of their workshop with no delays. BOY WAS I WRONG ! I was told to bring my vehicle in on the 31 July, I did exactly that. The ETA for vehicle was the 11 August. I kept receiving updated on whatsapp on the process, i was very happy with this. Until the 11 Aug came and the ETA was postponed to now the 18th Aug. I just got off the phone with one of the staff and she says the 18th is only the ETA for the part they are waiting for. The part might not even arrive on the 18th and the ETA will be pushed forward AGAIN !

Useless. Held my car hostage for 4 days whilst they try and communicate with Discovery. Claims Department unable to identify the difference between excess waiver and zero excess. Didn't even apologize for their incompetence. Reception said its not my fault I'm just the receptionist. Lack of ownership, empathy and should not be aligned with Discovery. An embarrassment.

My wentnn no in time,…damaged bumper and surroundings had to be repaired…got my car back, gearbox totally broken, damage about 60 grand. They don‘t care, first they tried to blame it on the accident, which didn‘t work. Then they tried to blame it on wear and tear…why was there wear and tear during the time the car was in their possession? The moment i drove of their premises , there was a problem…car went in to diagnosis to Audi, and of course it was not accident related, which I never claimed! The gearbox was damaged while the car was at ABW, so ABE is reliable! Additional, when the car came back from diagnostic, the drivers door didn‘t react on the remotes anymore to lock and unlock…all other doors are fine This is the worst bodysuit in SA, don‘t go there at all…reception already so unfriendly…just run! They damage your car, heard of driving tank empty or syphoning fuel out of your tank, I even believe the use your car for spares

If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited to get a quote, because they are manufacturer approved, and the assistant behind the counter was so rude and abrupt that I walked right out and left. People like these don’t deserve any business. I will use another repairer.

I have call in just to request Autobodyworks in Port Elizabeth for banking so that I can make the payment for the axxess amount. I have been told that the lady who knows the banking details is off sick. I am so angry and frustrated now the progress is being stalled by someone who is sick and there is not even a single person at autobody works who can provide this information and I have always heard of the level of service this body shop provides. This service and unprofessionalism by far is the worst. Honestly Autobody works should not be in business at all.Autobody works does not even deserve one star...

My car was bumped in a 3 way stop by another vehicle, everything was sorted last year October 2021. The dealership only received car parts this year January, sent in the car on the 17th of January and I was told it’ll take 7-10 days. Till today I haven’t received my car, this week they told me there’s a car missing so they need the insurance to approve that. I’m like you inspected the car yet you only realized now that you need another part, so imagine if it took 3 months for the car parts to arrive how long it’ll take for this part to arrive? I’m due to give birth anytime and these people continue to change dates and they continue to tell me about parts not arriving on certain days. So unreliable the worst, I also blame my insurance MiWay because they are the ones who sent me to this dealership

My car have been sitting with Auto bodyworks in Port Elizabeth 29 Kempston Road Sidwell, Port Elizabeth. A service that is exhausting, I constantly have to call them everyday for the past two months none of them is taking me serious. They keep on changing dates of delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle had just a minor dent. Service is so poor and there is no sense of emergency.
