Unreliable and possible fraud
My wentnn no in time,…damaged bumper and surroundings had to be repaired…got my car back, gearbox totally broken, damage about 60 grand. They don‘t care, first they tried to blame it on the accident, which didn‘t work. Then they tried to blame it on wear and tear…why was there wear and tear during the time the car was in their possession? The moment i drove of their premises , there was a problem…car went in to diagnosis to Audi, and of course it was not accident related, which I never claimed! The gearbox was damaged while the car was at ABW, so ABE is reliable! Additional, when the car came back from diagnostic, the drivers door didn‘t react on the remotes anymore to lock and unlock…all other doors are fine This is the worst bodysuit in SA, don‘t go there at all…reception already so unfriendly…just run! They damage your car, heard of driving tank empty or syphoning fuel out of your tank, I even believe the use your car for spares

UN-reliable in everything
Pathetic to no Customer care! They delivered the wrong item and then also only half of what i ordered. Tried customer care center, hotline, every channel available on their homepage or FB page. I only got a automated pre written mail that seems to be from a real person, but i got this mail now 3 times, exactly the same wording. These people are criminals!

Unreliable and
They all friendly and helpful to sell you the car, but as soon the car is handed over they don't care AT ALL anymore, nor fulfill their 6 month warranty...Never again! They promised the spare key and new license disk the week after I got t he car, I had to wait a month for my disk, they even accused me of getting it already and losing it, and I had to wait 6 month for my spare key after numerous mails and phone calls! (yes there was lockdown, but I got my car first week in Jan and lockdown was end of march only)

lure offer
The price they tell you online and in the mails you get and the price they offer after inspection are shockingly different (almost half in my case in a friends case not even half). I told them the car is in poor condition and didn't expect much, but what they offered at the end was just ridiculous 35k instead of 56k...I tried the first time and my feeling was right, they tell you a lot and then give you much less...and i'm sure a lot of people go for it because they have to sell their car...I think that's just deception...

3 month waiting time for parts?
<p>I gave my car for repair after an accident and most of it was done immidiatly.</p> <p>But they had t oorder oe part, a grille for the lower center under the numberplate.</p> <p>I paid for it already and waiting now for 3 month!!</p> <p>I don't care, if you can't get it for the price you charged me, if its more now the difference is on your account!</p> <p>JUST GET IT DONE!</p>
