I have never experiences such *********** people.i ordered with woolworths and woolworths used DPD LASER.y order was schedule to be delivered on the 3rd..they never deliver..it was rescheduled for the 4th July .I called their customers service and arranged with the agent that I will wait until 5:30...since I had already knocked off work at 4:30...I waited no call from the delivery guy...this morning I called they customer service and arrange that I will collect the parcel myself...I arrived at the warehouse in mount edgecombe at 12pm...the staff looked for my parcel and was nowhere to be found...the supervisor called the guy who had collected the parcel yesterday and he was at home in newlands with my parcel...he only arrived 2 hours later and **** saying he called me and I nvr answered ..How do you take customer's parcel to your home...I hv nvr been so annoyed..my time..I had pard a delivery fee and my parcel was never delivered...I had to collect it myself...The supervisor had to call these guys and they come and lie to my face ....ai shame..
i ordered the schwarmar special and the chicken smelt horrible and stale- i have never been so disappointed -there is no contact number for the store which even raises more red flags
I have never receive such poor service from management of mondo.. Rewardsco... 1.agents are very misleading and no one has taken ownership of my query since July 2021 till today. I receive a sales call from their agent and offered R99 data sim contract deal, wen billing came im being billed R199... I queries this and spoke to the Team leader by the name of Marc and he pulled out a call recording and my claim was valid... They said to cancel and reverse charges which is their policy since its their agent who was at the wrong.. I waited for feedback called Mtn to follow uo if their have receive communication from mondo... They said nothing was sent.. I called mondo again spoke to another Team leader by Lindo who forwarded an email dated 26 November regarding the cancelation and my dispute.. I than started recieng collections calls from Mtn and I told them according to what I was informed mondo sent cancelation and mondo were going to settle the charges that had accumulated.. I than spoke to Asiphe who sent the credit request and said it's is always sent on Tuesdays to the billing department... I was hopeful but my issue is still not resolved. I got my xds and transunion credit report BOOOOOM I get the shock of my life I am in arrears with Mtn R1396... I dnt have the sim, I dnt use mtn or their services, Mondo has not rectified their neglegent and the dishonesty of their employees. In February 2021 I'm still calling Mondo, 8 March I speak to a Team leader Vasigan who was to get back to me in 72 hours today is the 14th I have not heard from him nor has he replied to my email. I have now escalated to Rewards Executive chairman... I have exhausted all evenues... My credit profile is messed up because of their dishonest staff that enrolled something I never agreed to..... I need answered and want them to update my credit profile..... Benedictor Mshololo...
I was retrenched by edcon in September 25 2020,i have sent numerous emails and was told i would get my provident payout end of January, first week of february, given 48hours turn around tym, that never came... Emails are being ignored.. Staff that have no answers... All i want is my money, if they went n invested n geting interest uts not myproblem all want is what is due to me... The service sucks, i want to know who authorised 20% advances, all i want is my money.
