I have been struggling to reconnect my WiFi, and no one seems to be helping. The live chat and WhatsApp option is awful. I've been transferred more than 7 times to different agents and need to explain the situation over and over.

I have been trying to get my money back as there's a authorisation hold on a duplicate charge. My bank requires a letter for them to release. The customer service team is awful and keeps on copying and pasting an automated response where nothing gets done. Agent rghani even said that he/she won't respond to any further messages on my issue. I'm disgusted by this service and I'm on the verge of deactivating my account.

I'm very upset that Sars has taken money from me without my consent and without notice , no call nothing , this is daylight ******* and when contacting there call centre there is no response as well via email.
I've been waiting since 6th of February 2024 for my Provident fund, still nothing and response time on email is bad.
I sent a email to Web Africa complaints department, first they take there own sweet time to respond, secondly they can't help me, How does this make sense : you pay R400 on the 24th of July and you have not used the service from the 1st of July up until the 24th of July, decide to put it on, on the 24th of July which means you paying for the month of August, the 1st of August they expect another R400. So basically if you take out this wifi on the 30th of January and pay R400 then the 1st of February you'll have to pay another R400 again, this is day light robbery, and then they want you to recommend their service to friends and family
