Service went down on Saturday and I have been in contact with numerous of their technical team on their Whatts app line. It is mind blowing how *********** they are. Only today (Tuesday) I was informed that a ticket was never opened and it was apparently my fault. If anybody wonders what happens to the staff when a circus Close I have solved the mystery… the clowns all go to Webafrica! I have tried to cancel my subscription and now it has turned into the Hotel California show. Webafrica does not have customers… they have hostages!

Food arrived cold again after contact centre did not really care about my frustration. Apparently they “lost” the driver on their system. Deleted the app and will never use it again.
Struggled with fits after being sick with Covid 19 and was revered to Dr. MB Huth. Went for consultation (he was late for my appointment, but this seems to be a trend) and I was charged for his consultation and more money for his “EEG interpretation”. Never got feedback from him regarding the tests and to deal with his secretary is a nightmare. Avoid this unprofessional greedy doctor!
