i just to say thank to Cynthia Soko in your claims department... being a person that didnt believe in brokers and also having a string of conusltants at your company assist me... its a breath of fresh air to have somebody as reliable as cynthia... she assisted me with my accident claim with a professional approach, did daily updates for me and gave me all the advice i needed. she is a key asset in your company and you shouldnt let her leave any time soon. i will recommend her to everybody i know for her professionalism and just absolute passion for helping those in need. keep it up cynthia you are 1 in a million!!!!
i believe her name was emelia she was professional, prompt and put me at ease when it came to my phones delivery estimated time of arrival will recommend her to anybody that calls in!
So in march last year during South Africas first lockdown I was unfortunetly stuck abroad in europe and the unfortunate incident occured that my mother would be in an armed robbery while i was gone. her cellphone was stolen that i had purchased for her from teljoy and with me being abroad i was unfortunetly unable to put a claim through to teljoy regarding the stolen device. in november last year i finally got back and have been talking to Audrey Shabangu (ashabangu@teljoy.co.za) the whole time regarding my claim. i was worried that nothing could be done as teljoy also stopped supplying cellphones on their product list. Well thank the stars for Audrey who was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. she helped me with the late claim process and was able to successfully arrange a replacement for me. You are really a huge asset to Teljoy and i hope they never let you leave working there as your professionalism and work ethic is actually worth a 10star rating and not a 5star rating. thank you for your effort in helping me it was appreciated and reminded me that there is still great customer services out there.
