WHAT A NIGHTMARE OF A CAR.. I HAVE TAKEN THIS CAR TO BE FIXED ABOUT 6 TIMES EVER SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR LESS THAN A YEAR OLD.. THEY ADVISED TO HAVE REPLACED THE SHOCK BECAUSE THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SHOCK AND AFTER THEY ADVISED TO HAVE REPLACED THE SHOCK WITH A NEW ONE.. THE PROBLEM STARTED AGAIN..NEVER EVER CONSIDER BUYING A RENAULT..YOU WILL REGRET

Disgusting service
They using disgusting contractors who are ill mannered and disrespectful to customers... How can a contractor shout at a customer instead of working together with a customer... They are unprofessional and disgusting.. To think that I am being disrespected because I am a woman... I would never recommend cosmopolitan projects to anyone as they do not even hire professional contractors... I sent an email complaining about the contractor and no one has even bothered to reply to contact me.. Just because now the bank has paid their money now they do not care about their customers concerns.
