No appointment confirmed and bad customer service
The selling and collection processes are fine - their finance department is hopeless. I had to beg for my money and then they did a cash send and never sent me a pin to collect the money - I had to beg again for a pin. The trouble of getting your money for your goods is just not worth dealing with their incompetence in their finance department! Rather go sell at your local 2nd hand store and get paid immediately. I waited 5 days and had to waste time by fighting for my money!
Fibre line is constantly down and they blame the wan host. They cannot assist by calling Openserve to assist they do not have technical skills and their Admin does not exist. Change of address took 3 months to complete and they still used the old address which caused our Internet to be down again for 48 hours. Our Internet is down again from yesterday because they lost their ISP at Openserve.
Do not use this company! They arrived at their own time. We waited 5 days for our furniture to arrive. The movers broke half of our furniture that was wrapped. Everything was full of petrol and grease. They did not deliver some of our goods, e.g.4 boxes not delivered, patio set table not complete (they did not deliver the base) broken glass and crockery. This is a nightmare! Please beware and do not use them!
Very bad service! They cannot commit to a date. They sent confirmation for delivery on 26 February but now they did not load our goods and will deliver on the 27 February. No concern for their customers! Meluleki and David in the dispatch in Johannesburg are the worst employees and should be fired!
