They really brought a combination of professional and friendly service. I would definitely recommend them for anyone. They do our personal and business insurance, and we are now getting more cover while paying less than with our previous brokers.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Unprofessional in the extreme. Multiple promises to deliver a service where after no one arrives. Impossible to get a hold of them via any of their numbers except Whats App. If they did not actually arrive once out of the 10 scheduled times I would have thought this to be a scam. Please make sure to not waste your money.

Webafrica - For your own sanity never use them.
I struggle to think that there could be any worse provider than Web Africa. I see multiple of the exact complaints that I have. My contract is up in 3 months and I refuse to renew it and I will ensure that no one I encounter should ever have the extreme displeasure of having to deal with this company.

INSURANCE ASSISTANCE.
Shumani Mashaba assited me. I am highly satisfied, she was extremely professional and King Price gives me hope that some day the South African service delivery industry would in fact start delivering services instead of crying the old creed of "system down".
