I placed an order for a rain loop on the 20th March 2026 which I currently have not received and it's still not out on delivery yet. May I say trying to get a hold of anyone on any line is a total nightmare. It's either you're on hold or you are being transfered from one person to another without any clear feedback or accountability. I made a pro rated monthly subscription for the month of March which I will not reap benefits for since the delivery is not even initiated. I will be due to pay April tomorrow which I hope will not happen before I receive my device. I am annoyed and frustrated at the same time, since this device is being advertised everywhere like they're good on their word. I expected better.
Since I requested a refund of R545 due to being debited for an amount over the balance. They are literally ignoring all sorts of communication from me.
What a horrible service I received from Star Nissan in Vereeniging. I just recently took ownership of a brand new nissan micra from Star Nissan. The sales agent who assisted me by the name of Muzi Hlatshwayo was very aloof and misleading and totally crunched the numbers to make a sale and left me to deal with the bank which has been a total nightmare. The negligence that went into this sale ranged from incorrect date of debit order submitted to the bank to an extremely high monthly installment that was not agreed upon and many many lies to brighten the deal. I then reported the matter to the branch manager Isaac Molotsi who tried to clarify everything the sales agent misled me on and further told me to deal with the bank myself, no assistance and sympathy there for the mess up on the dealership's side. What appalled me most was when he said he dealership cannot take responsibility for misleading information provided by their own employee. Oh wow, I am still in awe.
