Outsurance rep was fantastic, always following up. However on my home insurance geyser malfunction claim, OUTsurance was badly let down by the plumbers they use. First the rescue serviuce came last Friday, found valve faulty. Less than a year old, so valve was covered under warranty. But valve plumber couldnt come till Monday. The valve he fitted didnt work, and the geyser started leaking so badly my neighbour down the hill was flooded. Couldnt get him to come bacjk, so put in a new claim. This time new plumbers came, went and bought a valve, but they forgot to turn it on. So finally after repeated calls to the plumber, Tuesday they came out and fixed it.5 days no hot water
EMATIC Android TV Box works beautifully! DSTV, Apple TV and Netflix all working in 15 minutes from onscreen prompts - I still haven't had to look at the manual! Picture quality has also improved on my TV. And less than most other TV boxes - R999. Bought it at HiFi Corp Rosebank Johannesburg with great service from Thabiso.
Such an Italian relaxed and romantic vibe, you feel like you are eating in an Italian courtyard, inside seating also available, and those important hideaway sections which give you privacy to just be with your partner! The food and service is divine, with innovative dishes and pasta and pizza. The seafood pasta is to die for, and the pizzas are sublime. Cool service, safe, guarded parking.
Very happy with the freezer ordered online from Game Stores. However, delivery was chaotic - the freezer didn't arrive on the scheduled delivery day, and when I called to query, their customer service told me to go pick it up at 'the store' - the advert made it clear this was an online only offer, and there was no store ever mentioned. But it has to be said once this was sorted, the item arrived within two hours and is perfect. So the message to Game is- get delivery and customer service in order
Outsurance without me having to press, got me my excess back when an uninsured driver wrote off my car. Today I am getting R9,200 back - the excess payment. And Outsurance told me within 24 hours of the crash that they would pay out the full value of my car, and put that amount in my account within 48 hours!!!! I hesitated leaving an established insurance company even though monthly premiums dropped over R2,000, because I worried how good the cheaper Outsurance would be. I should not have worried, they have been fantastic. And when, within months another driver drove into me and wrote off another car, Outsurance immediately paid up again. Please use them, you won't regret it.
For second time in three months, successfully bought car here. First time we found a car first day of looking at Midstream branch. Second time it took 10 days of scouring the site - abd didnt mind because the Dekra reports told me of roadworthy faults in the cars I was interested in. Then, 11am on Xmas Eve I just happened to look, saw a very reasonably priced Fiat 500 with a good Dekra report at the Joburg South Branch, on phone, salesman Frans Aphane checked it was still available, and had it ready for a test drive when I got there. Outsurance agent on the floor helped me get insurance, and at 1300 drove it off the floor, mine. Its been two months now, and this is my all time favourite car, it was as good as advertised...I look for excuses to drive it every day.
