Worst & most unprofessional service received by VW Fourways & Vereeniging along with Fourways Branch DP! Purchased the Tiguan R and it was just a mess from the beginning 1. Adverti*****t of vehicle incorrectly priced. Then they tried to palm off the shortfall to us. 2. Followed up on the error made re: price advertised - DP couldn’t even acknowledge us. Shame. In conclusion both branches said they would absorb the difference.. would make sense since VW is at fault. Take it up with your marketing team 3. Vehicle not ready in time. 4. So called valet done. Vehicle had, pie crumbs in center consul, coffee stains, scuff marks at the foot of the doors and hand marks at the back of the head rests. 5. Collection of vehicle: “sorry we could not spoil you more we didn’t make any profit off this sale” here’s a teddy? In what world does anyone think this is okay to say to a client. Mind blowing. Keep your gifts but don’t ever make your profit issues your clients. GO BACK TO POINT 1. = this was always VWs Lindsay Sakers fault. F&I - you were great.
British Airways has to be the most disorganized and most problematic airline. Both my flights had delay issues: BA6249 - 2hour delay AND BA6242 - 5hour, 30min delay. My family had there flights days before mine and they too had both there flights delayed for a few hours as well. This seems to be a trend with British airsways, they are never on time and always have some new problem. The most aggravating thing about all these delays in the lack of communication and client facing. No one comes to inform you of further delays they just increase the delay hourly on the TV screens allowing passengers to get further irate and do nothing to calm and reassure people. Over and above hourlong delays and finally boarding the plane, the noise level in the plane among some of the passengers should not be tolerated. Shouting next to one another is unacceptable. No consideration for fellow flyers, they should be be asked to lower their voices by cabin crew but they too are so loud and chatty amounts each other they are not bothered. Mismanaged and poorly run airline!!
Summercon truly believe they are above the law and can do no wrong. These Summercon developments shoot up in a blink of an eye and they believe that there is no shortcuts or mistakes made. NOTHING IS EVER PERFECT! I recently ran into some unfortunate painting issues at my home were the entire coat of wall paint has lifted and peeled directly away from the sand / concrete wall in massive layers. I have had 3 separate contractors come to my home and tell me that my wall was never EVER primed initially and if it had been there would be signs and this would not be happening. I reached out to Summercon as this problem is an unforeseen expense and should not be my problem, I am not the developer. I have bought this home under false pretense that the necessary workmanship had been provided. Summercons immediate reaction to me is that I "insult them with these accusations" and that the gentleman who have advised me of this information in there professional opinion "do not know what they are talking about" and basically are lying. Summercon WHO do you actually think you are!? We are not on a witch hunt here and you are not without your faults but to think we have this personal vendetta against you and all 3 people who came to the exact same conclusion who owe me nothing would say this for whose benefit?? In fairness my property is old and this problem has risen many years later I can understand how statute of limitation can apply, but when it is very clear the proper precautions and building methods were not taken you think one would hold themselves accountable or at least entertain the idea that human error is a real thing and come out and take a look... Your slogan experience is a load of rubbish and summercon does not stand by it "All our Summercon clients benefit from our exceptional build quality and superior finishes. Our developments are all handed over in perfect condition both internally and externally, which includes unparalleled indigenous landscaping." THIS IS NOT the "buying into quality of life" I WANTED.
