I want to warn landlords and tenants against using National Letting. This is one of the worst companies you can ever deal with. Their agent in Cape Town, Alta van Heerden is one of the worst human beings you could want to come across. She is a bully and a *****. Don't bother to call their head office because they don't respond to calls or e-mails. They will rob you of your income and dishonour agreements. They owe me 3 months rent which I am determined to recover.
I wrote a review last week in which I suggested that it may not be true that HyperionDev collaborates with Stellenbosch on the software engineering course. I said so because I had called Stellenbosch and they denied working with HyperionDev HyperionDev called me and gave me the contact details of who to contact at Stellenbosch. I e-mailed Stellenbosch again and the person confirmed that they collaborate with HyperionDev. I therefore withdraw the suggestion I made.
Clearly the positive reviews about HyperionDev on Hellopeter are marketing gimmicks written by shills. There are plenty of indicators that these are not gimmicks. I doubt they truly collaborate with Stellenbosch University. In fact, if they do, they must provide proof of that. If you love your money and your time, you would run far away from companies such as HyperionDev
I bought a Polo T-shirt for my 9 year old daughter from the Parow Centre store on Black Friday. The size on the shirt says 9-10 but unfortunately it did not fit her. The next day I went to the store to exchange it but they did not have a bigger size. I then checked online and saw that they do have bigger sizes. This Monday I contacted their Customer Care dept and spoke to a woman called Rentia. From the very beginning Rentia was not interested in listening to what I said but kept on referring me to their policy on refunds and exchanges. She said they don't refund or exchange items that are on special. Which is completely ridiculous. But anyway I told her that the item I bought was not on special. I asked her to send me the correct size to a store where I can exchange it. Rentia said she will check and call me back later. She asked me for the SKU number, my cellphone number and, and. and... She never called. On Wednesday I called and Rentia did not even remember what we spoke about on Monday. When I told her that I was not happy that she could not remember the details of our conversation, she told me she deals with 200 customers everyday. That is none of my business. Studio 88 must invest in a CRM system where details of customer queries can be logged. I had to go over the full details again. Rentia again promised to call and now it's Friday 15:57 she hasn't called yet. I told Rentia that I need that T-shirt before 18/12/2021. We have a wedding ceremony on the 18th and everybody has their Polo T-shirt except my daughter. Rentia's customer service is poor. She speaks to customers in a condescending manner; and she is overly concerned about preaching to customers about Studio 88 policies and procedures. I'm not interested in your policies and procedures; in fact, I don't care about them. What I want is a T-shirt for my daughter. Neo 0768043631
I had a complaint with a HiFi Corp store regarding a TV that needed repairs. Because the matter was not handled to my satisfaction in-store, I contacted their Customer Care department. I submitted details of my complaint online; which was easy to do because of their user-friendly screen. Within minutes I received an SMS and and e-mail confirming receipt of my complaint. The next day I received another message informing me that my complaint was being dealt with. The very next day I received a call from the store informing me come collect a replacement TV. The speed and efficiency with which HiFi Corp handled this issue is rare and admirable. I was very surprised. Please keep on doing the good and exemplary work. You've earned yourself a customer for life.
I have never been treated as shabbily by a business as I have been treated by Shell SA. A petrol forgot to replace my fuel cap at Shell Ultra City Klerksdorp. I had to drive from Klerksdorp to Cape Town without a fuel cap. To add insult to injury Shell is refusing to cooperate with me in ensuring that my fuel cap is delivered to me even though they confirmed that it was left behind at their petrol station. My calls and e-mails are totally ignored. Shell treats its customer badly. I'd rather be stranded next to the road than fill up at a Shell station again. Bad customer service!
