Shocking. Had the most horrible experience 8 months ago. Still waiting for manager Noah to send promised voucher for our bad service, terrible food and horrid experience.
What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE we had last night. We arrived after our movie and got attended too by the manager who told us to follow her. Once we got to the table she said no we must wait at the bar as the table is dirty. Anyway we sat down once it was ready. We didn’t received food menus so we had to ask. Finally got some service. Ordered drinks and waited 25 minutes. And the restaurant was not full. We then got our drinks and placed our food order which the waitress repeated THREE times. After waiting 1 hour and 5 minutes for our food I got really annoyed and complained to the manager. Finally after a further 5 minutes our food arrived. However it was COLD. My order was completely wrong so I sent it back twice. Steaks were so hard and not cooked medium like we requested. Burger was dry, food was horrible. What a waste of R1000.00. Needless to say we rushed out of there and will never EVER go back nor will we recommend Hussar Grill GrandWest to anyone.
What a waste of a weekend. We arrived on Friday to camp and we got told by reception we could go anywhere in block A-F. We settled in and woke up on Saturday morning to a RUDE MANAGER telling us we cannot be in block b as it’s only caravans. He asked us if we were told by reception that block b is only for caravans. Which we WEREN’T. He then went to confirm with her. She then lied and told him that we were told. Now having to pack up all our tents was such a mission and so unprofessional as we could’ve avoided all of this by being told in the beginning!!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
