Dstv funeral cover
Worst insurer ever. My cousin passed away on the 7th and he was shot and killed.I submitted my claim on the 12th and today is the 26th but no payout has been made. I submitted all the documents and the police report and Avbob costs were paid in cash but my insurer that I’m paying almost R1000 per month still hasn’t paid me but always saying my matter has been escalated and still under investigation….if you want peace during burial,please stay away with them

Fnb life cover is a scam if you’re black
I have a fnb life cover claim since 12th of February 2021 but nothing changes I did report to hello Peter but the guy that was handling my matter lied to me and he would call me back and he never did

FNB life cover claim
I wrote to hello Peter complaining about FNB and the guy was dealing from my matter from hello peter promised to call me and he never did…whenever I try his direct line he never answers I believe FNB made him not to ever contact me again FNB has been giving run around since February this year with a payout and they have always been saying they are waiting for the investigation from SAPS

Fnb life cover claim (don’t take a life cover with them)
Im Lionel Smanga Shabane Im a beneficiary at FNB LIFE COVER,i submitted my claim on the 12th of February 2021 but till today I’m told they’re investigating It has gone up to a point where the SAPS took my phones and investigated them,finally they brought them back to me but still claim hasn’t been finalized…fnb should have paid me the 10% of the claim while investigating but because I’m black…nothing happened An investigating officer wrote a letter to fnb few months ago stating that they couldn’t find any foul play in the matter and that they should proceed but all that was ignored The matter was then taken to another SAPS unit 073 408 5086

Im deeply hurt by fnb
I have a life cover claim that I made in February 12 2021 but still no outcome The always hide behind the SAPS investigation and the SAPS asked to me hand over my phones to them to assist with the investigation cause apparently I am now the suspect as the deceased passed on due to gun shot and Im the beneficiary No payment has been made and no response whatsoever The captain from the police station wrote them a letter stating that they were done with the investigation and there was no foul play suspected but still nothing They then took my matter to cyber crimes and handed my phones back to me but still nothing

Don’t take a life cover with fnb
Fnb life cover claims are crooks,my cousin passed on in February 2021 but till today they’re saying they’re working on the claim and investigating I wouldn’t advise anyone to take a life cover with them...they don’t call you and advise how far they are with the claim but you have to phone them with your own airtime I have a R2m life cover with them and it’s clear this will happen to my family when I’m gonna and no one will fight for them

Fnb Funeral cover
Hello Peter I would like to tell everyone to stay away from fnb funeral cover I have cover with them and I made a claim on the 12th of February 2021 and today it is the 1st of March 2021...each time I call I’m told they’re still busy with it....I had to postpone the funeral for two weeks waiting for the cover to pay but nothing happened,I ended asking people to loan me money so we can do the funeral I’ve spent more than R300 airtime phoning them and no one is phoning me from them I’m gonna take this story to Sunday Tribune and Mercury
