Printofix cc - Trevor Singh
Paid for cartridges that has still not been delivered. Paid for repairs for a printer - printer returned unrepaired. Cannot get hold of the owner - Trevor Singh. Ignores my calls and emails. Absolutely no communication regarding the refund/cartridges or printer repairs. Do not know how you run a business when you take businesses money and dont deliver.

Absolute hoax - Payment taken 26/08 no delivery. Order number received #37087 and out for delivery the next day. Called numerous time to follow up. Got hold of "sales" 010 449 3263 to be told out for delivery and will be delivered by 17h00 on 09/09/2024. Still waiting for the driver to call me to arrange delivery. Needless to say the above number is no longer being answered.

Awesome Service
Awesome services. Collected all the laundry as per booking time and a speedy delivery the day after. Staff are friendly and efficient. Will definitely be using them again.

Cleaning Product - FREE SAMPLE SCAM102234
A call was received from the above company to deliver to us some FREE samples to try out. This was done in a total of 3 phone calls. The 4th call was from another department to confirm the delivery date & address. The cleaning product was received - NO INVOICE - according to driver - FREE sample to try. A few weeks later a call was received regarding payment. Invoice was requested and we are now being charged for the so called FREE product. I have requested an address to return the so called FREE product as it has not been opened. I was told it cannot be returned as it was ordered on an "Intro-Pack basis" - I was then played a snippet of the last conversation confirming the order. But they cannot provide the recordings of the 3 previous calls. I would never do business with these people!! Don't get caught by this SCAM!

Mr Shopper - Service delivery stinks
Placed an order November 2020. Delivery rescheduled many a times. Still no delivery. I have send emails, tried to call. No one answers the phones or replies to emails. Requested a refund and still no refund. Terrible to advertise a product, take peoples money and then not deliver.
