I am very much disappointed with the service. My internet has been down for 5 days. I call the support center every single day, no one wants to take responsibility as they always say that the issue is with Vumatel. When I ask for a turnaround time they say that they cannot disclose. They will keep you holding for over 10 minutes. Bad support service, keep away.
Worst place ever. My father left behind a substantial amount of money by Sanlam. We have called their offices for the past 3 weeks and we have not been assisted despite the fact that we have already furnished them with all the necessary documentation. The consultants keep on telling us that the claim will be paid out tomorrow. The next day leads to the day after tomorrow. I have had the worst experience. Keep away from such financial institutions. We are constantly spending hundreds of rands worth of airtime being kept on hold whenever we call their call center. Keep away! We have not been paid as yet.
Piece of garbage. They refused to change ownership of account and gave access to unauthorized person. Managers and consultants extremely rude especially Dorah Thobejane. Do not attempt to use their services and they are not professional. They use personal vendettas against clients.
