Be very wary of using dirco to perform apostilling of your documents for international requirements. I wonder why we even have them in place to manage international relations when they don't respond to assist with your issues.
Cancelled my contract with Telkom in October 2019. Even made a payment to them end of October although service was down from september 2019. Telkom sent me confirmation that my cancellation request was received. They have since handed my account over to debt collectors without even trying to address this with me. I have trying unsuccessfully to finalize that account with them until now.
Most appalling service. Poor quality vehicles. My car is only a year old and has already broken down. What's worse their dealership Northcliff Suzuki are absolutely poor. They do not communicate with their clients and on top of that do not even provide a bare minimum service.
