MAKRO ONLINE STORE: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! YOU'LL REGRET IT!
Absolutely avoid online purchases from Makro at all costs! If you're in the mood to flush money down the drain, then by all means, go ahead and buy from Makro's online store. My experience with them has been abysmal. I foolishly bought two items from Makro, only to find out later that they were out of stock. The website conveniently failed to mention this detail, indicating they were more than happy to snatch my hard-earned cash without delivering the goods. To add insult to injury, the order was cancelled by the supplier and the supplier obviously would not have received payment since they did not have stock. And good luck trying to get a refund from them! Their refund process seems to be a complete mystery to them, and don't even bother expecting communication from their end. Despite my daily calls, they're utterly clueless and unhelpful. Makro is lightning-fast at taking your money, but when it comes to returning it for undelivered items, they suddenly develop a case of amnesia.

Worse company to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. Signed up with EMQ in 2013. Never made a withdrawal. Just because I never logged into the account my account went into inactive status after GT247 took over. Charged me for inactive status without notifying me that the account status has changed. Now since I knew that I had money & it had been accumulating 2c interest if even so much daily I'm asking to have my money refunded but I am told my account balance is zero because I didn't use the account. HELLO WHO IN TODAYS LIFE CAN JUST GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY .

DIRECTAXIS DEFRAUDS THEIR CLIENTS ACCOUNTS
I have requested a settlement in May & requested that the debit order be cancelled so that I can pay the final payment. That was asking for to much. DirectAxis then debited my full loan installment which was not the balance hence I requested to settle this myself as the balance due was less than what my loan installments were. I have since requested a refund of the amount that was over debited but nobody can assist. Note that numerous phone calls & emails were sent but it clearly does not seem that anybody knows what they are doing. This is unlawful to debit an account with more than what is due to you as an organisation. DirectAxis does fraudulent transactions & does not take accountability for their actions.
