Kaugelo, katlego,Zelda,Michelle and JP their lawyer, rude, unprofessional, *********** and disgusting human beings. Have no regard to the lease agreement one signs, can increase rent as manier times as they want mid ur lease agreement. Level of ignorance is appalling. They feel they are above the law as no one holds them accountable. They also kept my friends 6.2 deposit for a unit that was in perfect condition when she left, charged her extra money on top of that, I am not even expecting to get my deposit back when I move out because they are evil and have no regard for TCF
Called momentum health on the 10th of June 2024 for a specialist visit authorisation, I was provided with an authorisation number then upon claim stage my claim is rejected and Wendy Nxele yesterday explains it was rejected because practice is not part of dsp and my benefits don’t include maxillofacial specilist. But then why am I suffering because of Momentum health’s incompetence? When I receive an auth number I did give the agent Ntombifuthi Mcunu the doctor s practice number. Why wasn’t I told then that I can’t go to this kind of specialist. Can you guys please pay my claim.
Never received my order and the refuse to refund me.
My parcel was out for delivery on 29 December 2023, made sure I was in the house inorder to collect my parcel and no1 pitch.. The delivery date was then changed to 02 December 2024, and still no delivery, instead i receive an email saying im in a remote area where deliveries don't happen daily, like how is CENTURION a remote area??? Make it make sense... Pathetic service
Such incompetent management. My lease is coming to an end and I happen to want to renewal.. I queried why i need to pay again admin fees.. The answer was to answer u such questions, this is admin work that we are doing. This is after they said we hire an administrator and asked what does their administration entail. I have nothing against paying admin fees for the 3rd time however i need to know what m paying for. They need to be professional.. They need to remove their emotions out of it
Two months later my contract still hasn't been cancelled, after so many false promises that we are canceling it. No accountability from mondo mtn, this is my second review on the same matter. Spoke to Nontsikelelo who put me on hold for 20 minutes comes back offers no assistance and then hung up on me
Not sure who to blame.. Mondo or mtn. I was sold a dream. A guy calls from mondo mtn calls me offering me an mtn 80gig data anytime at 299 a month. He continued and said that never will i oay anything more than 299 even on the 1st month. I received the sim beginning of May which i never used, to my surprise towards the end of May i received an invoice of over R500 I called mtn and i was told the its not even 80gig and its not anytime data. I called on the second of June to cancel, i was told it's too late they will have to log an investigation. Called on the 4th of June spoke to Qelimpilo, called again and spoke to Bhavisha who told me that their turn around time is 3 to 5 working days. Followed up again on the 9th of june, spoke to Melissa who then escalated to the manager jason Naidoo, he promised to call me back the following day with feedback which he never did Called again on the 14th of June spoke to miranda Khumalo who then said I was provided feedback by Bhavisha on the 4th which i denied because it wasn't true, asked to speak to Jason Naidoo who the gave me feedback and said it came back invalid, i asked why and he said as far as he can see it is valid and he will take it back for a reassessment because I was promised 80gig anytime which wasn't true. He said he will call me back with feedback the following day, which he never did. Called again on the 15th, spoke to Lezain. He then said my query wasnt structured correctly, he will rewrite it and call me back, he never did. Followed up for the last time on the 21st, spoke to Ruben, he says my query has been escalated to high people he will call me back on the 23rd with feedback and till today, ive never gotten any feedback and assistance from mondo mtn. I got debited today R501.55 and before this they debited sixty something rand. I disputed it because that is not the agreement I had with the agent. For the 1st time im reversing a debit order, my credit record is affected because of the deceitfulness of mondo mtn agents I would like that contract canceled, i spent money and time calling you guys and till today, nothing is resolved.

Pathetic service from old mutual Maureen Tyimi - empty promises Ayanda - putting me on hold until her knock off time knowing very well that I can't call back because the lines will be closed at 6 Robin lategan - unprofessional email agent Mickyle Pedro - lied to me and said the adviser has been removed, I even asked for his manager's email to compliment him. Thank God I called a week after just to confirm that indeed the advisor has been removed and I told No he HASN'T been removed by Deidre Ross and she continued to tell me that there is no turn around time for my request meaning I could actually wait for another year before this simple request can be actioned. I asked to speak to a manager she promised that Clayton Pretorius will call me but she doesn't know when. Old mutual is a joke. The worst decision I've ever made, the amount of money I've wasted calling them but still no service rendered
