The quality of Famita's pastry is really shocking, nearly every single pastry sheet cracks, the sheets are thinner than normal. Trying to contact them is useless, they dont reply to a persons emails. Do you not wish to do business anymore. One is paying alot of money for a sub standard product that cannot be used. Who can one address this with?

Why does mtn even bother to say calls are recorded for quality purposes, every agent tells you a different story and a different lie. I called in yesterday morning to activate sim, lady said by end of day Monday 14 June it would be sorted out. I have now tried to call several times, the phones have been put down in my ear while I am busy with operators 3 times already. Trying to find out why sim is not activated. I cannot tell you how frustrated I am with MTN, I have been a customer for around 20 years and this is how they treat you. Quick to deduct your monthly payment but to get assistance is another story. I bought numerous sweets, the caramel and liquorise toffees, the weights on some of the liquorise ones were way under, after much frustration and emails sent, they eventually made contact and arranged a courier to collect, they promised that they could give feedback, that was end of that was end of March, its now 6 weeks down the line, I spent several hundred rand on these sweets already, found another one 10 g under the package weight of 35g, they just ignore my emails, I even copied in this email address complaints@thencc.org.za that the consumer complaints told me as when I asked for assistance they were also unhelpful. How many times must a person fight for what is right. Companies out there just dont care as they know nothing will be done. its shameful.
